Deutch wore Valentino, one of her go-to designers, with an ivory blazer that doubled as a dress and featured front pockets and wide cuffs that skimmed the backs of her hands.
The most eye-catching aspect was the large black bow tie, another of her favorite accessories.
She added delicately embroidered black hose and black pumps to the ensemble, and wore her hair pulled back in a tight bun while her diamond engagement ring sparkled.
Lending her loving support at the awards show was her fiancé, the 34-year-old American Vandal star Jimmy Tatro, who looked cool and classy in a black suit and white unbuttoned shirt with no tie. He previously in January.
