Zara McDermott has said she feels 'disgusting' if she doesn't shower twice a day as she admitted she brushes her teeth every time she eats.
The former Love Island star, 29, took to her YouTube channel this week as she recorded a week in her life.
But as she chatted to fans, Zara confessed her concerns that she may have a 'cleanliness issue' as she revealed how often she showers and brushes her teeth.
The TV personality said that she showers twice a day - despite it causing her eczema to flare up - and brushes her teeth after every meal.
'I need to cut back on the two showers a day,' she told the camera. 'I am a two showers a day person like I genuinely don't know if anyone else has this. I have a chronic fear of smelling.
'No one has ever told me my whole life that I smell, not one person, and not even my brother. And my brother's the kind of person who would say, "Zara you smell really bad". No one has ever told me that I smell.'

She continued: 'I actually do think that I have some kind of like cleanliness issues sometimes. I definitely get myself into a habit of having too many showers.
'I also have to brush my teeth after every meal, fun fact about me, which my dentist loves. My dentist thinks that's great - but yeah I brush my teeth probably, like, at least four times a day. So I've got good teeth.
'I suppose I've got this weird thing about just, like cleanliness in general, and I'm just, like, a very clean person, which is a good thing.'
But Zara went on to reveal that showering twice a day has been causing her skin condition to worse.
'But also, when you have chronic eczema, that is not a good thing,' she said. 'So I've noticed that my eczema has been flaring up so over Christmas I was like, "I'm just gonna do the one shower a day. I don't need to be having two showers a day".
'So I did that and my eczema all cleared up completely. And then now it's come back again, because I've been having two shower day again. So I'm gonna stop doing that.
'I had a shower last night and I didn't have one this morning and I will say I felt disgusting. I felt gross.'
Elsewhere in the clip, Zara revealed she has had a health scare after discovering a lump in her armpit.

Zara shared in the video that she was heading for a full body MRI scan to get a grip on her health.
But on her way to the appointment, Zara said there was a particular issue she was going to be asking the medic to check.
Zara revealed that in recent weeks she had noticed a lump on her armpit, however said it felt more like a swollen gland.
She said: 'I am... I wouldn't say I'm massively health anxious as such. I'm not health anxious, am I? Health conscious.
'I also have had this tiny little... it's not a lump... under, like, my armpit. I don't know if it's like a gland or something. Anyway, I'm going to ask them to scan that and check it. I slept not that well tonight so I am a tired girlie today.'
Discussing the scan, Zara said: 'Daisy [Tomlinson, the sister of Zara's partner Louis] and I are going to get a full body MRI scan. I don't know if anyone else has seen people advertising these on Instagram and stuff but I have.
'And me and Dais were talking over Christmas, well we were talking about preventative health and getting on our A-game this year, and we got on to the subject of these scans. Both of us were like "Let's do it together".
'Now it's the end of January, it's taken like a month for us to get booked in actually, but we are going to go today and get our scan done. I'm kind of looking forward to getting the results.'
Sharing an update later in the video, she said: 'Hi guys, so I just had my scan, just finished it. So this is like the little garms they give you. This is the OOTD [outfit of the day]'
She was previously told by doctors that it was likely she would need further surgery to help the healing process, but revealed there is now evidence of healing (pictured in hospital in December 2023)

Her latest health scare comes just over two years after she shared images of herself in hospital following a procedure to repair damage to her bones caused by the debilitating condition osteoporosis.
In December 2023, she shared Instagram posts revealing that, despite the operation, doctors warned she would likely need further procedures involving metal screws and a plate to fuse her leg bones back together, following a tibia fracture.
Osteoporosis, which affects 3.5million people in the UK, makes bones fragile and more likely to break.
The condition develops slowly over several years and is often only diagnosed when a fall or sudden impact causes a bone to break. Nearly two-thirds of sufferers are women.
Zara revealed her diagnosis in November 2023, telling fans she had the 'early signs' of the disease.
