The 2024 horror debut has flick fans bursting with excitement just days before its release as one said the trailer alone gave them ‘chills’ and has unlocked a ‘new fear’.
Taking to the official second trailer on Youtube, one fan penned: ‘Wow, I actually got chills. The ocean is full of terrifying monsters, obviously, but never been afraid of a pool before. Bet this movie can fix that.’
‘There’s something chilling about the deep end of the pool, a little like thalassophobia but not as extreme.
‘I remember looking down at the 10 feet deep section as a kid and it felt like I could “fall” from a great height. Watching this trailer recreated the same feeling. Looking forward to seeing this.’
‘Looks so much more terrifying than a usual January horror. Excited for this one.’
‘I LOVE horror movies. And I think this looks pretty good. I appreciate how it’s centered around a pool VS your average every day horror movie.’
‘This looks awesome! The plot is so original, and I am all here for it! I can’t wait to see it!’
