A controversial Australian influencer revealed has revealed she doesn’t know how to wear a seatbelt in a car anymore after getting breast implants.
Christie Swadling, who had a drastic breast augmentation in 2019, shared a video to her Instagram Stories on Monday which showed her sitting in a car with her fiancé Joel Price.
But there was one detail her followers honed in on – her seat belt was sitting beneath both her breasts and her arm.
Rather than buckling it up across her chest and shoulder as you’re supposed to, the fitness influencer, 26, slipped the entire contraption around her midsection.
Fans were quick to point out the bizarre move, with one person saying: ‘What’s with the seatbelt? Can’t get in the way of a good boob shot?’

‘Guess that’s just what happens when you have big titties,’ Christie joked in response before later sharing the interaction to her Instagram Stories.
‘[No seriously] but I thought that was so normal. Our seatbelt sits under our boob,’ she captioned the screenshot.
‘Like where do I put it? Over it and then they explode upon a crash? On my neck? Nah she trippin’.’

According to the New South Wales government website, in the state where Christie lives a seatbelt must be worn tight and low across your hips, as well as across your chest and shoulder.
This ensures passengers ‘spread the force of an impact over the stronger parts of your body’- such as the pelvis and chest area.
Wearing a seatbelt correctly also prevents passengers from being thrown around inside the vehicle or out of it, and ‘allows you to decelerate at the same rate as the vehicle in a crash’.
In some states, not wearing a seatbelt properly can result in a fine.
