'I am single. I bar hop, I go hang,' the self-made EGOT champ said during Wednesday's Hot Topics segment.
'I do hit and runs when I need it... but I am not married to anybody. I don't have responsibilities.'
Goldberg (born Caryn Johnson) is just 'not interested in a committed relationship' following her three divorces from drug counselor Alvin Martin in 1983, DP David Claessen in 1988 and union organizer Lyle Trachtenberg in 1995.
The One Ho Productions founder enjoyed live-in romances with playwright David Schein and her Eddie co-star Frank Langella.
Goldberg also dated her Naked in New York co-star Timothy Dalton and her Made in America co-star Ted Danson.

Goldberg - who was raised in a public housing project - worked as a waitress, bank teller, mortuary cosmetologist, and bricklayer before being discovered by director Mike Nichols after he attended her 1983 one-woman show.
The late EGOT champ helped the Atrabilious star transform The Spook Show into her self-titled Broadway show, which ran from 1984-1985 at the Lyceum Theatre before being filmed as a 60-minute HBO special.
Goldberg caught the eye of filmmaker Steven Spielberg during her standup set at The Comedy Store's Belly Room and he cast her as Celie in his 1985 big-screen adaptation of Alice Walker's 1982 novel The Color Purple.

The Mark Twain Prize winner went on to star in Jumpin' Jack Flash, Clara's Heart, Star Trek: The Next Generation, Ghost, Soapdish, The Player, two Sister Act films and Girl, Interrupted.
