Vogue Williams Unveils Pregnancy Workout in Spain

has shared her pregnancy workout regime with her fans as she squeezed in a session while away on a family summer holiday in Sotogrande.

The mother of three, 40, who is expecting her fourth child, showcased her bump in a black crop top and shorts while working out on her villa's balcony.

Vogue is currently away with her husband Spencer, 37, and their children Theodore, seven, Gigi, five and Otto, three, ahead of the arrival of their next baby.

And during the trip, Vogue found some time to exercise, revealing how she is keeping fit while pregnant with her fourth baby.

The TV personality Vogue could be seen doing a series of weighted squats, shoulder presses and tricep dips in a sped up video posted to her Instagram Story.

The couple announced they were expecting again in April.

It has been a busy few weeks for Vogue and Spencer who jetted off together to enjoy a babymoon at a £600-per-night hotel in Mykonos, Greece.

After returning to the UK they spent the day at Wimbledon, before flying out the whole family to Spain to kick start the summer holidays.

Earlier this week, Vogue took to Instagram to share snaps from their holiday so far as she wowed in a pale yellow bikini.

Accessorising with a stylish sun hat, sunglasses and a colourful beaded necklace, Vogue later threw on a zebra print cover up as her bump peeked out. 

She captioned the snaps: 'Summer holiday time… I’ve been coming here since I was 17 and love it, now I get to bring the whole family… the best time always'.

On Saturday, the star shared details of her beach look with followers as she joked: 'I can't believe how big pregnancy boobs are!'

Vogue announced in April that she was expecting her fourth child and has since revealed she had two miscarriages before she fell pregnant with her fourth, including one 'awful and heartbreaking' loss a year ago.

She said that while she and Spencer are excited to be welcoming a new addition to their family, the miscarriages have made her 'nervous' during her fourth pregnancy.

Vogue shared that her first miscarriage, which happened at around four weeks, was 'really upsetting,' but she and Spencer went on to welcome their daughter Gigi in 2020.

She said they suffered further heartache last year when she went for a 12-week scan after falling pregnant, only to be told it 'wasn't really a pregnancy' as the embryo hadn't grown.

The television personality has also warned that baby number four is going to have a 'mad' name. 

During her podcast, she teased: 'I'm just going to warn everyone, the name we love is f****d. Okay. It's mad.'
