Vanderpump Rules alum James Kennedy was seen for the first time in wake of his shock domestic violence arrest this week.
The reality TV star, 32, was arrested on a misdemeanor domestic violence charge on Tuesday after attending a holiday party in Los Angeles with his girlfriend Ally Lewber.
It was alleged that Kennedy had gotten physical with a woman during an heated argument at a home in the Burbank area of LA. The identity of the woman has not been revealed.
He was released on $20,000 bail and was spotted outside his Burbank residence, where he lives with Lewber, on Thursday.
Kennedy was photographed picking an UberEats delivery order off his porch.
The DJ had on a $60 gray hooded sweatshirt from his merchandise line that had ‘See You Next Tuesday’ printed on the front.

Kennedy looked tense, often biting his lip as he tried to quickly grab the to-go bag and close his front door.
DailyMail.com learned on Thursday that Kennedy was arrested on a domestic violence charge after he and girlfriend Lewber attended Kathy Hilton’s star-studded Christmas bash on Tuesday night.
TMZ reported that Kennedy was detained after Burbank police responded to a call about an argument between the Vanderpump Rules alum and a woman at a home in the area.
A witness claimed to have seen Kennedy and the woman arguing, and the reality star is said to have at one point grabbed the female. Officers say they did not see any visible injuries on the woman.
The authorities determined it was a domestic violence incident following an investigation, and Kennedy was subsequently arrested for misdemeanor domestic violence.
People report that the cops were called to Kennedy’s Los Angeles home on Tuesday at approximately 11:30pm ‘regarding an argument between a man and a woman,’ a police spokesperson said.
‘The investigation determined it was a domestic incident, leading to [Kennedy’s] arrest,’ the spokesperson said. ‘[Kennedy] was booked for misdemeanor domestic violence and later posted bail. Formal charges are pending review by the Burbank City Attorney’s office.’
He was released after paying a $20k bail. The Burbank City Attorney’s Office is now looking into the case for potential charges.

While it’s unknown if the alleged victim is Ally, People reports that the duo were not seen spending much time together at Kathy’s party, nor were they observed being particularly affectionate towards one another.
A source told PEOPLE: ‘James was acting super aggressive all night long.’
‘He was acting so erratic, running back and forth to the bar and body-checking people along the way,’ the source alleged. ‘He appeared inebriated. Spent the evening mostly alone but when he did speak to people, he appeared irritated and rude.’
Ally shared video of her reading Kathy Hilton’s birth chart at the party, but James was not in the video. ‘Everyone, @kathyhilton invited me over to read her chart,’ she captioned the post.
Bachelor Nation star Nick Viall, who also attended Hilton’s party on Tuesday, provided further insight on Kennedy’s alleged behavior at the soiree on the latest episode of his podcast which was recorded prior to news of Kennedy’s arrest.

He said that he and his wife Natalia Joy interacted and posed for a photo with Kennedy before they claim to have witnessed him ‘barking orders’ at a man who he introduced to them as his ‘best friend.’
‘I’m the only one who saw this. Natalie didn’t even see this. Natalie was immersed in a conversation with the other person we were talking to. James walks by, and then James turns around and he says to his friend — I forgot his friend’s name. Let’s say his friend’s name is Sam. And he goes, “Sam! Hold this! Now.” … And his friend just grabbed the drink and James kept walking and I was like … That was insane,’ Viall told his audience.
‘I was like, 10 minutes earlier I met this guy who he introduced as his best friend and then 10 minutes later he was barking orders.’
