The Sydney flat renovated by season one winners of The Block, Adam Thorn and Fiona Mills, is set to go under the hammer next week with a price guide of $1.4million.

Located only minutes away from famed Bondi Beach, the two-bedroom, one bathroom ground floor unit originally sold on the show in 2003 for $751,000.

Block favourites Adam and Fiona spent $40,000 renovating the apartment over 12 weeks and walked away with $256,000 after their successful auction on The Block.

The unit, which goes to auction on October 7, is in one of Sydney’s sought after neighbourhoods, and is only 7kms from the CBD.

It’s the only flat that has not been re-sold in the building since it was renovated for The Block twenty years ago reports Realestate.com.
