Tori Spelling was on the hunt for a new house on Tuesday after she was forced to flee her previous rental home due to safety concerns.
The 50-year-old actress was seen out in Los Angeles as she took tours of multiple homes with a real estate agent by her side.
She was reportedly looking at homes priced above $2.5 million.
Tori was trying to find a new home base for herself and her five children as her estranged husband Dean McDermott took care of his need for speed.
The 56-year-old Canadian actor was spotted cruising around on his motorcycle near the swanky Calabasas Commons Shopping Center on the same day.

She let the band of her Calvin Klein underwear peak out over the top of her jeans, and she styled her long platinum blond hair pin straight with a middle part.
Tori was seen strolling up to one of the house while joined by a real estate agent in a striped shirt, dark jeans and a black baseball cap.
Tori and the real estate agent were seen dropping by three different houses.
She is on the lookout for a new place to live after she and her children quickly evacuated their last rental home.
They apparently feared for their safety after a neighboring man barricaded himself inside of a home with an AR-15 assault-style rifle.Â
The man was also reported to have taken a hostage.

Tori’s attempts to find a quiet rental home follow her unusual time spent in cheap motels and in a rented camper with her children.
Fans of the actress-turned-reality star were shocked to see her and the kids living in a $100-per-night motel after she grew up living a life of luxury in an enormous $165 million Holmby Hills mansion with her TV mogul father Aaron Spelling and her mother Candy.
Tori later claimed that her family stayed at the inexpensive motel and in the RV after black mold growth in their home made her and the children sick, though that didn’t explain the stark difference in luxury.
However, she now seems to be looking to find a more long-term living solution that’s closer to the amount of luxury that she and her kids are used to.
In August, Tori’s mother Candy was reported to have helped her daughter find an appropriate home to live in, though it wasn’t clear if it was a permanent one or just a rental.Â
After Tori’s fans lambasted the wealthy widow for seemingly not helping her daughter out amid her alleged financial difficulties, Candy found a new home for Tori, only for the actress to turn it down because it was not in her preferred location, according to Page Six.Â
