Robbie Williams takes inspiration from his Better Man monkey biopic as he attends the upcoming movie’s Paris premiere in a huge furry coat

Robbie Williams took inspiration from his Better Man monkey biopic as he attended the new movie’s Paris premiere in a giant furry coat on Friday night.

The singer, 50, commanded attention as he wrapped up warm in the fluffy head-turning ensemble, which bears a resemblance to his animal alter ego in the movie.

Underneath the giant coat, the former Take That member donned a white vest and black trousers, before throwing on a stylish pair of black shades.

Robbie put on a very animated display as he graced the red carpet at the Le Grand Rex, showing off his unique outfit from every angle.

He sported a huge grin, making sure to flaunt his new set of teeth, which he got done in August, while posing with his hands on his hips and pointing enthusiastically at the cameras.

Robbie appears as CGI monkey in  his upcoming ‘fantastical’ biopic, Better Man, and the singer-songwriter has been working on the project since 2021 – with the film set for release on December 26.

The newest appearance comes just after Robbie couldn’t contain his excitement as he posed for selfies with fans at the Better Man premiere in the Netherlands on Tuesday night.

The singer was mobbed by fans as he walked the red carpet at the Royal Theater Tuschinski.

Robbie cut a dapper figure during the evening in a smart navy Emporio Armani jacket which he teamed with matching trousers and a long coat.

The Let Me Entertain You singer opted for a white top beneath the navy ensemble and layered two gold necklaces.

The hitmaker spiked his short greying tresses up as he flashed his smile while posing for photos ahead of the screening.

Fans who braved the cold weather looked thrilled as Robbie took time out during the event to pose for pictures with them.

The singer is portrayed by actor Jonno Davies in the form of a CGI monkey in the film. While Jonno, takes on the role of younger Robbie, the singer is heard in the voiceover and later plays the older version of himself.

The official synopsis reads: ‘Better Man is based on the true story of the meteoric rise, dramatic fall, and remarkable resurgence of British pop superstar Robbie Williams, one of the greatest entertainers of all time.

‘Under the visionary direction of Michael Gracey (‘The Greatest Showman’), the film is uniquely told from Williams’ perspective, capturing his signature wit and indomitable spirit.

‘It follows Robbie’s journey from childhood, to being the youngest member of chart-topping boyband Take That, through to his unparalleled achievements as a record-breaking solo artist – all the while confronting the challenges that stratospheric fame and success can bring.’

Last month, Robbie revealed his beloved mother Janet’s dementia diagnosis – four years after the singer revealed his dad Pete had Parkinson’s.

When asked about his parents thoughts on the film, Robbie told HELLO! ‘My mum’s currently got dementia – like my nan in the film – and my dad’s got Parkinsons and can’t get out of bed. So I’m in a different part of my life right now.’

Back in 2020 Robbie revealed his father Pete had been diagnosed with Parkinson’s, admitting at the time that he was fighting ‘fear and panic’ over his father’s diagnosis.

He told The Mirror that receiving the diagnosis during Covid made things extra difficult as he and his wife Ayda and their children were self-isolating thousands of miles away from his parents in Los Angeles.

We’ve got a lot of family issues right now. My dad has got Parkinson’s, my mother-in-law who I love dearly has got a very big illness. We can’t get to them. My dad is thousands of miles away.’

Robbie added of his mum at the time: ‘My mum is just a year short of 80 and she’s in isolation and I can see the things whirling in her mind and her eyes going.’

The former Take That star has been joined by his father Pete, who is also a singer, many times on stage.

Robbie’s parents split in 1977. The pair also share daughter Sally, who is 11 years Robbie’s senior.

Beloved Australian Musician from First Big Rock Band Dies at 76

Beloved Australian bass guitarist Dick Diamonde died earlier this month aged 76.

The iconic musician was a founding member of legendary rock band The Easybeats, who emerged as Australia’s first internationally successful rock act in the 1960s.

He was born Dingeman van der Sluijs in the Netherlands in 1947 and emigrated to Australia with his parents when he was a young child.

Australian music journalist Glenn A. Baker confirmed the heartbreaking news on social media.

‘The Easybeats turned Australia upside down – they were like our Beatles and Rolling Stones combined,’ Glenn began.

‘Founding member Dick was, like so many bass players, a sober anchor in the band. Farewell!’

Alongside lead singer Stevie Wright and fellow musicians George Young and Harry Vanda, The Easybeats took America by storm and at one point rivalled The Beatles in popularity.

Their 1966 hit song Friday on my Mind reached number one on the Australian charts and number 16 in America, becoming the first Aussie song to crack the US top 20.

With his band he had several other hit singles, including Sorry and Good Times, which was covered by INXS and Jimmy Barnes in 1987.

Diamonde remained with the band for their entire run from 1964 – 1969, after which he retired from music and lived a quiet life.

The band’s story was later dramatised in 2017 in the ABC mini-series Friday on my Mind, in which Preacher star Du Toit Bredenkamp portrayed Dick.

The Eastbeats were also inducted into the ARIA Hall of Fame in 2005, for their contributions to the music industry.

Diamonde is survived by his ex-wife Charlene Collins.

Aussie Woman Shocked to Discover Son Fathered by Serial Sperm Donor from Netflix Documentary

An Australian woman has revealed she was ‘extremely horrified’ when she found out her son was fathered by a ‘serial’ sperm donor.

Netherlands sperm donor Jonathan Meijer, 43, is the subject of Netflix documentary ‘The Man With 1000 Kids’ after his obsession with donating his seed has led to concerns he has fathered over 1,000 babies.

On Monday, a woman named Laura appeared on KIIS FM’s The Kyle and Jackie O Show, to reveal Meijer was the father of her son.

Laura explained that she and her wife Kate used an international sperm bank to import the sperm donation to a clinic in the ACT and successfully fell pregnant.

Hosts Jackie O Henderson and Kyle Sandilands asked Laura how she worked out Meijer was the father of her child if sperm donor identities are usually kept anonymous until the child has turned 18.

‘My partner and I were extremely horrified and shocked because we were tipped off on a Facebook group looking for siblings. Obviously, we wanted to find siblings as soon as we could for our son,’ the mother said.

As Laura navigated the Facebook groups to find brothers and sisters across the world for her son, a fellow member of the group informed her.

‘[My son] was very small at the time, and unfortunately, someone said, “I’m really sorry to tell you this but [Meijer] is a serial sperm donor in the Netherlands and there are hundreds, if not thousands, of children out there.”‘

Jackie then asked if this was before the Netflix special was released and Laura confirmed that it predated the documentary.

The hosts then wondered if Meijer had fathered any other children in Australia.

‘We haven’t found any others in Australia yet, but we expect there’s up to between 5 and 10, you know, maybe 5 to 10 families in Australia,’ answered Laura, leaving Jackie and Kyle shocked.

Last month, the radio hosts were left stunned when Meijer hung up on them during a heated interview on their show.

Kyle did not hold back during the confrontational interview and bluntly asked Meijer why he is ‘addicted’ to donating sperm, as it could lead to future inbreeding among his children.

‘Why are you doing it, what tells you that women want your seed? I think you’re addicted,’ Kyle bluntly said.

However, Meijer was having none of it and told Kyle he was doing it because he loved helping couples out: ‘There’s an enormous shortage. There’s so few men who want to do it. I help so much.’

A furious Kyle then shot back: ‘You’re addicted to this! You’re addicted to jerking… for the ladies.’

Meijer then told the stars he was done with the chat and abruptly ended the call: ‘You know what? I’m done with this interview. Goodbye.’

Kyle told his co-star Jackie O that Meijer was a ‘seed spreading lunatic’.

Meijer is the subject of the recently released Netflix documentary titled The Man With 1000 Kids, which investigates the families who have had children by him.

He donated sperm on a mass scale, defrauding dozens of parents and eleven clinics across the globe.

In the explosive Netflix documentary investigating this ‘murky world’, women told how they felt ‘betrayed’ and ‘angry’ after discovering how many other children the now 43-year-old musician has fathered.

But in an interview Meijer, who has also been labelled a ‘public health risk’ and ‘narcissist’ claimed he had ‘no protection’ as a private donor, making him ‘very vulnerable’.

Meijer argued there was ‘absolutely nothing wrong’ with fathering hundreds of children.

However, one of the potential issues that could arise is inbreeding, if two of his children meet later in life and have children of their own, not realising they are genetic half-siblings.

Meijer was banned from donating sperm in the Netherlands in 2017, external after it emerged he was the father of 102 children, born from donations made to 11 clinics around the country.

He continued donating in other countries until 2023, when one woman and a foundation supporting her filed a civil suit against Meijer, arguing he was increasing the risk of incest for his children.

In his testimony, Meijer admitted having between 550 and 600 children – However, the court said he may have fathered up to 1,000 across several continents.

Bethenny Frankel was spotted frolicking on the beach in St. Tropez with the dashing German artist Niclas Castello, who used to be married to the ‘Dutch Victoria Beckham’ Sylvie Meis.

For her latest outing, Bethenny, 53, put her impressively willowy physique on display in a bright-orange one-piece swimsuit that clung flatteringly to her chiseled abs.

Letting her wet hair tumble over her shoulders, the former Real Housewife Of New York City added a splash of glitz to her look with a smattering of gold bracelets and a matching necklace.

Meanwhile Niclas, a 46-year-old pop artist who has drawn inspiration from his upbringing in East Germany, flaunted his toned physique by going shirtless over his swim trunks.

He slicked his salt and pepper hair back from his face and warded off the rays with a set of sunglasses.

Bethenny Frankel was spotted frolicking on the beach in St. Tropez with the dashing German artist Niclas Castello, who used to be married to the ‘ Dutch Victoria Beckham’ Sylvie Meis

Niclas reached new heights of notoriety when he became involved with Sylvie, a television presenter and model whose career is mainly based in the Netherlands and Germany.

Sylvie earned comparisons to Victoria Beckham during her previous marriage to the internationally celebrated Dutch footballer Rafael van der Vaart, which lasted from 2005 until their divorce in 2013.

She and Niclas exchanged vows in September 2020 at the Villa Cora in Florence, Italy, opting for an intimate ceremony amid the coronavirus restrictions, according to Hello! magazine.

They split over the summer of 2023, but they have remained so amicable that Sylvie wished him a ‘Happy divorce day’ on Instagram last month and added: ‘How great to still have a friend in you.’

Meanwhile it emerged this May that Bethenny had broken her engagement to realtor Paul Bernon, with whom she conducted an on-off relationship stretching back to 2018.

Paul and Bethenny reportedly went their separate ways around March, but she nevertheless kept the estimated $1 million engagement ring he gave her, a source told Us Weekly.

A friend of the couple said the relationship ‘just wasn’t going to work’ because Bethenny and Paul were ‘so different’ from one another – for example, because ‘he’s an under the radar kind of guy.’

Bethenny later revealed she ‘initiated’ the breakup because she ‘wasn’t happy’ and felt ‘something needed to change,’ but clarified that ‘nobody dumped anybody’ and the final decision was ‘certainly mutual.’

Paul, 45, rapidly rebounded with Olivia Culpo’s elder sister Aurora, 35, but they were together for only two months before news of their split went public in early July.

While Aurora and Paul were dating, Bethenny admitted she found it ‘brutal’ to hear Aurora gushing about the relationship on her podcast Barely Filtered.

‘Hearing about your ex-fiancé committing to another woman shortly thereafter on their first date, and then being inside their relationship hearing about their sex and their gifts and meeting each other’s kids and the level of commitment,’ Bethenny recalled on her own podcast Just B. ‘It was gutting.’

She explained: ‘It regurgitated the continuous narrative that he is a very under the radar person who had now gotten serious with someone, had a girlfriend, met her family, met her kids.’

Paul and Bethenny first struck up their romance in 2018 and remained together for two years before they split near the end of 2020, only to reunite early in 2021.

The couple joyfully announced their engagement in March 2021, with Bethenny later revealing that Paul proposed at ‘Little Palm Island, a small private hotel on a Florida island in the Florida keys.’

Bethenny has a 13-year-old daughter called Bryn Hoppy by her second and latest ex-husband Jason Hoppy, with whom she slogged through a nearly nine-year custody battle.

Jason and Bethenny were married in 2010 and separated in 2012 – but only in December 2021 did he agree to end the ‘toxic environment’ of their years-long legal struggle.

During an emotional virtual family court hearing that month, a judge agreed to let Bethenny stop paying Jason child support, according to a report in Page Six.

Although the parents technically had equally split custody, Bethenny and her lawyer had argued that she was the primary guardian in practice inasmuch as Bryn stayed with her more.

An acrimonious legal battle ensued, in which Bethenny sensationally confessed that she had called Jason ‘white trash’ and threw water on him as he slept.

Jason also questioned Bethenny’s judgement as a parent after her on-off boyfriend Dennis Shields died of a suspected opioid overdose in his Trump Tower apartment in 2019.

The divorce was only finalized in January 2012, which meant that the entire process took about eight years – four times as long as the marriage lasted before Jason and Bethenny separated.

Bethenny, who once had a yearlong marriage to her friend Peter Sussman in the 1990s, released a self-help book on love in 2016 in the midst of her divorce proceedings with Jason.

Co-written with Eve Adamson, the book was cheekily entitled I Suck At Relationships So You Don’t Have To: 10 Rules For Not Screwing Up Your Happily Ever After.

It comes after Beth hit out at a post published on TNT Sports’ X (formerly Twitter) account, that appeared to overlook England women’s manager Sarina Wiegman by claiming Gareth Southgate ‘was the only England manager to reach two major international finals’.

The post, which was accompanied by a picture of Gareth celebrating England men’s dramatic victory against the Netherlands, has subsequently been deleted after Beth commented on the post.

Ollie Watkins’ 90th-minute strike propelled England’s men’s side into their second successive European Championship final, after Gareth had led the Three Lions to the showpiece event back in 2020.

Beth, who has scored 33 goals in 57 appearances for the Lionesses, and was the joint-top scorer at the Women’s Euro 2022, did not take kindly to TNT Sports’ post.

The Arsenal player quoted the Tweet, writing: ‘Hmmm’ adding a ‘thinking face’ emoji. ‘Beg to differ,’ she added.

Sarina in fact led England’s women’s side to glory at the 2022 Women’s Euros, before guiding them to the Women’s World Cup final last year – where they would suffer a 1-0 by Spain.

The Dutch coach has been in charge of England’s women’s side since 2021 and prior to that, had guided the Netherlands women’s team to victory at Euro 2017 before going on to reach the final of the 2019 Women’s World Cup in 2019.

In April, Beth opened up about receiving an MBE from Prince William and told how his ‘face lit up’ when she ‘walked into the room’.

The trailblazing footballer was awarded for her contributions to the sport following England’s win at the Euro 2022 tournament, at which she was also presented the Golden Boot.

In an interview with OK magazine, she spoke on the ‘easy’ conversation she had with the future monarch at the investiture ceremony last year, including his concerns over a knee injury she had.

William – who today announced his first public engagement since the Princess of Wales’s cancer diagnosis – made an impression on the striker as she praised him for his down-to-earth nature.

She told the publication: ‘I walked into the room and Prince William’s face lit up because he loves football. It was an easy conversation with him because of that common interest.

EastEnders included a surprise reference to the Euros 2024 ahead of the final in Berlin on Sunday.

The soap, which is no stranger to filming special additions, aired a surprise topical reference to the game against the Netherlands following the Three Lions win earlier this week.

In the new scene, characters Martin Fowler, Alfie Moon, and Harvey Monroe, gather in the square to look back on the most exhilarating moments of the semi-final.

Discussing the match, the trio shared their hopes that it might be ‘coming home’ this time after England lost to Italy in 2021.

Harvey asks his pals in the scene: ‘You think we can go all the way?’ to which Alfie replies ‘We dare to dream, my friend. Dare to dream!’ before the trio hug it out and start chanting.

It’s the second time this month that EastEnders has borrowed from current affairs as the soap aired a General Election-themed moment between Harvey and Ian Beale on July 4.

The soap featured the scene in the second episode of a double bill, that was released on BBC iPlayer as polls opened at 7am.

In the scene, Ian told Harvey that he was heading to the polling station to cast his vote, but the latter confessed he had no idea the election was taking place.

Harvey admitted that he was so busy he’d forgotten about the election, adding: ‘And anyways, it’s only one vote. What difference does it make?’

Ian began: ‘You know what if everyone thought like that…’ before Harvey eventually agreed to head to the polling station, but added that it was unlikely that he and Ian were ‘voting for the same people.’

This is far from the first time that EastEnders has referenced major moments in the news with specially-filmed scenes, with some prior moments paying particular reference to The Royal Family.

In 2022, the soap paid tribute to the late Queen, but opening an episode with a scene where the monarch’s death was described as ‘devastating’ and like the entire country ‘losing its nan’.

In the scene, Linda Carter (Kellie Bright), adjusted a photo of The Queen on the bar of the Queen Vic, before Denise Fox said: ‘God bless her, she’s been there our whole lives. It’s like she’s everything we’ve ever known.’

‘Love this. Second the full time whistle went’; ‘Legend. Watching Spain win, eh.’

‘He’s changing the time so his fans don’t have to choose which is more important for them to watch; John’s show or the final. He also knows he’ll have hundreds of no shows if his show continues at the original time.

‘Look, I love John Bishop but there’s absolutely NO way I’d miss the final on Sunday & I’m reckoning a lot of other people would feel the same.

‘Stop moaning and get your refund if it bothers you that much. It’s coming home people!!!!’

    ‘Absolute rescheduling masterclass.’

‘You did the right thing. Nobody wants to be watching you when England is in the final. Come on England!’

However, some fans have been left unhappy with the change, arguing:

‘Good windup, because you wouldn’t be so inconsiderate to move your show to watch a game of football and for all the people that’s planned to come and see you for months just to screw them over, come on JB.’

‘I always liked you. Especially your attempt at the Irish Famine as your chosen subject on celebrity mastermind. But now sadly the journey has ended.’

‘You deserve empty seats for every show going forward. How unprofessional of you to do this. Shocking!!!!’

The WAG has been present at every England match so far, however she has apparently vowed ‘not to play happy families’ with her husband in Germany.

The mother of four instead opted for £35,000 return flights on a private plane, to jet in for each game rather than staying in the country for the duration.

Annie shares sons Rezon, two months, Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, and Reign, five, with the England Vice Captain, and the boys have also been seen at the matches wearing Kyle’s No. 2 shirt.

The Lauryn paternity scandal has rumbled on during the tournament – with Lauryn sharing snaps of her two children to Instagram watching their dad play – while Annie has jetted to Germany with their baby son to watch him in the stands.

Last week England’s victory over Switzerland was overshadowed by Lauryn’s latest social media activity as Annie supported husband Kyle on Saturday evening.

Gareth Southgate’s men matched on to their third semi-final under his management after beating a lively Switzerland side on penalties following a 1-1 stalemate.

But Annie looked less than impressed after Kyle, having earned his 88th cap for England, joined her in the stands at Düsseldorf’s Merkur Spiel-Arena following their win.

Sources have since claimed her mood was soured after Lauryn shared photos of her two children with Kyle – one of whom he fathered out of wedlock – wearing ‘Daddy’ England shirts.

An insider told MailOnline: ‘Insiders at the England camp say they are fed up with the off pitch distraction manufactured by Lauryn.’

‘They know Annie and Kyle have tried to deal with the situation privately and discreetly for the sake of all the children involved but she continues to pull stunts like drumming up attention around the fact she is going to the Euros.

‘This is something they have had to put up with for the past four years.

‘Kyle is desperate to protect Annie and their boys, whatever happens between them as a couple in the future they both agree this is a priority.

‘And a big part of that is protecting them from the media speculation and circus around the situation.’

A separate source told MailOnline: ‘The FA never tightened security when Lauryn visited Germany to watch the Euros and they said she is welcome to watch the game with Kyle’s children.

‘They don’t wish to get involved in family matters.’

Following the final whistle the footballer made his way over to the stands where the mother-of-four had been watching with their sons.

Kyle took the tot from his wife and kissed him softly on the forehead before showing him off to his fellow team mates.

A spokeswoman for Kyle told MailOnline: ‘Kyle is proud to be a part of the England team and thrilled with the incredible result tonight. He continues to focus on the matches and their aim of bringing the trophy home to the millions of fans watching’.

‘Annie and the boys travelled to support him and the whole squad, as they have done and always will do, and once asks that the media gives them privacy and turns their attention to supporting the England team’.

Meanwhile Lauryn watched the game at home with her and Kyle’s two children, who she dressed in matching England shirts with with Kyle’s on the back as well as the word Daddy on the back.

Lauryn captioned her post:  ‘Come on England, always supporting’.

Annie jetted into Germany earlier in the day via the £35K private jet, and despite being at every game she has apparently vowed ‘not to play happy families’ with her husband in Germany.

The Sunday before Annie watched from the stands at Veltins-Arenat as she fed their baby son Rezon while Kyle and his teammates struggled to make an impact during a dreadful last 16 match at Euro 2024.

England trailed Slovakia by a goal to nil before snatching victory from the jaws of defeat in Gelsenkirchen.

Arriving once again on a private jet, Annie had travelled from her Cheshire home with all four of the couple’s children after their marriage was rocked by the full-back’s admission to fathering a child out of wedlock with influencer Lauryn.

And friends have claimed she has the full backing of her fellow WAGS during the tournament, with England set to play Switzerland in the quarter-finals on Saturday after coming from behind to beat Slovakia 2-1.

A source told MailOnline:  ‘Annie flew out via private jet with all four of her children to support Kyle and the team for the first knockout match against Slovakia.

In one of her recent Instagram snaps she showed off her ample assets in a skimpy white bikini which she teamed with a frilly co-ord.

She posed in front of a vintage car and on the beach at sunset as she flaunted her pert posterior.

Suspicion has been mounting over the nature of her relationship with Jude – if there even is one – with Laura’s latest posts doing nothing to quash the speculation as she failed to fly to Germany for the next match.

The Mail recently revealed the mystery surrounding their ‘romance’ – because they don’t appear to be in a relationship at all.

Instead, weeks of rumours were prompted by a publicity stunt orchestrated by an opportunistic executive at Manchester-based clothing company PrettyLittleThing, where Laura is a model.

It was at a glamorous lingerie photoshoot in Madrid that she apparently confided in make-up artists and hairdressers that she and Bellingham had got close.

In details believed to have been leaked by the firm to a red top newspaper, Laura was said to be ‘completely smitten’ and had spent time at his home in the Spanish city where he plays for Real Madrid.

While neither party has commented on reports of a relationship, two months on from Laura’s photoshoot the pair still haven’t been seen together and there are claims that Jude is still on the exclusive dating app Raya.

A source close to PrettyLittleThing said that when bosses overheard that she knew Jude, an employee at the company contacted the newspaper.

‘It was one of those rumours that grew legs and there doesn’t seem to be an awful lot to it. But what was evident from the leak is that it got PrettyLittleThing a lot of publicity.

‘The story that Laura and Jude were dating went everywhere, and each time the story was repeated, PLT got a mention. It’s quite clever, really.

‘The world has been waiting for a glimpse of Laura but it doesn’t look like that is going to happen, she seems to be doing her own thing in Paris and having a jolly old time, too.’

Jude’s impact on the pitch has been unquestionable and according to one expert he could soon eclipse future teammate Kylian Mbappe as the sport’s most valuable star

‘Bellingham has the potential to exceed Ronaldo and Messi in terms of marketability.’ Wilson continued.

‘If we had this conversation in ten years’ time and Bellingham continues his trajectory with Real Madrid, then I think he will surpass Mbappe considerably.

‘They are at the beginning of that journey; Mbappe would be more established than Bellingham as he has been around for a little bit longer, but the potential for both players would be significantly more than the transfer fee that you would need to sign either of them.

‘Mbappe is worth more now than Bellingham, but the England midfielder has a degree more marketability about him and he is in the earlier part of his career as well.’

Blanca Blanco celebrates 4th of July in US flag bikini with stance on weight loss

Blanca Blanco posed in an American flag bikini for the 4th of July, which fell on Thursday this year.

The actress, who plays Katarina Lopez in the new movie Finding Nicole, is on a summer vacation in her home state of Washington.

The pinup told DailyMail.com that she would never use the diabetes drug Ozempic for weight loss as she would rather ‘cut back on carbs and sweat it out at the gym’ instead of rely on the drug.

‘I know Ozempic does wonders for people suffering from Diabetes, it is like a miracle drug for some, but I would not use it for weight loss,’ said Blanca.

‘I don’t judge people who do that, I know it’s incredibly challenging to lose weight. It’s just not for me because I feel I can diet and exercise to stay at the weight I want.

‘But I also have to admit that I am lucky, my metabolism is pretty fast and I love to exercise, so I have it easier than a lot of people. Everyone has to do what is right for them and just be healthy first and foremost.’

The pinup told DailyMail.com that she would never use the diabetes drug Ozempic for weight loss as she would rather ‘cut back on carbs and sweat it out at the gym’ instead of rely on the drug

She wore the red-white-and-blue bikini well as it made the most of her abs and toned legs.

Staying in shape is important to the Eye For Eye actress as she tells DailyMail.com she has learned a new way to work out.

Her latest trick is strength training instead of intense cardio – and she does it at home as well as the gym.

‘As we get older, we lose muscle mass; that’s called sarcopenia. So it is important to keep muscle mass up,’ she told DailyMail.com. Sarcopenia is a condition that causes a progressive loss of muscle mass, strength, and quality in older adults.

‘When you maintain muscle mass then you not only look better but you move better and your risk for injury is lower.’

She added: ‘So I have been focusing on mobility, strength, and stability. It is so easy to do, I keep free weights at home and at the gym I use the machines. It is a must for me now.’

She also lost 10lbs earlier this year by giving up meat and is instead eating fish and chicken.

‘I think it is has been really good for my waistline because my dresses are all loose now!’ she told DailyMail.com. ‘And I don’t miss the steaks which can be too heavy sometimes.’

Earlier this year, the Breaking The Mold author also told DailyMail.com exclusively that she does 10 minute workouts.

‘On days I feel lazy I break up my workouts to two 10 minute workouts a day,’ she shared. ‘I know it sounds silly but if you run on the treadmill for 10 minutes you do work up a sweat. So I do that in the morning. Then later in the day I will do sit ups for another 10 minutes. So that is a 20 minute workout. It really does help and if you do it every day you can lose a pound a week.’

She said she is just like everyone else when it comes to workout burnout.

‘A lot of people think I love to go to the gym, and the truth is I sometimes really don’t, as in sometimes I would love to stay home and binge watch Netflix,’ she told DailyMail.com.

‘I usually work out for one hour a day, five days a week. I do it for my mental health, because it makes me feel so positive. Even those two 10 minute workouts rev me up and shoots up my endorphins.’

'I know Ozempic does wonders for people suffering from Diabetes, it is like a miracle drug for some, but I would not use it for weight loss,' said Blanca

She added that there are other workouts she doesn’t consider workouts.

‘I walk around my neighborhood for an hour every day, and I know that burns calories too but I really don’t consider that a workout,’ said the siren who went to her first Emmy Awards this year.

‘I do it to get away from my computer and TV, just to unwind and look at the trees and say hello to neighbors, it’s very healthy. I don’t know why more people don’t do it. Just put on some sneakers and get out there and look at the sunset and let all that pressure from the day roll off you.’

Last year the star, who will next play therapist Alma Gomez in the movie Ash And Bone 2 –  also shared with DailyMail.com her diet secrets for 2023 that saves her money.

Blanca said that staying slender has a lot to do with timing meals.

‘I never eat late at night, this is a golden rule I have adopted this summer. I stop eating at about 6 pm so my body can digest what I have eaten before I go to sleep.

‘So no more late night popcorn bowls or cereal bars. The late night snacks are gone. If I am super hungry I chop up some vegetables and add olive oil and sea salt. But usually I just wait  until breakfast to eat.

‘It also saves money. Because sometimes at night I would pop over to Go Greek and buy frozen yogurt to treat myself. I don’t do that anymore.

‘I have pretty much given up all desserts at night. Sometimes I would order a fancy dessert that was like $14 after dinner. No more. Sometimes those desserts at nice restaurants can cost a fortune! Once I ordered a chocolate dessert that was $22. It wasn’t worth it – too expensive and 1,000 calories.

‘If I want something sweet, I have a decaf coffee with some honey.’

The star told DailyMail.com that she is on the Mediterranean Diet at the moment. ‘It is heavy in protein so there are not a lot of carbs, which turn into sugar once metabolized,’ she said.

‘It just requires a lot of fresh vegetables so I am always running to the grocery store.’

The Mediterranean diet beat low-fat diets for weight loss, research has shown.

Switching from an omnivore diet to a plant-based diet was found to help the majority of people lose weight, possibly because of the boost in fiber intake and the reduction of animal proteins in favor of plant proteins, among other reasons, per a systematic review published in Diabetes, Metabolic Syndrome and Obesity: Targets and Therapy in 2020.

In June Blanca talked working out.

‘I try to exercise five days a week for one hour a day,’ said the Mission: Possible star.

‘Cardio and weight training are key. I use weights to stay toned. Ten pound dumbbells are great for toning.

‘Some weeks are challenging to keep up with the routine, I try to be kind to myself when I can’t do routine, and know even one day or five minutes of training a day is 100% better than nothing.

‘I sometimes just walk around my neighborhood for 15 minutes when I don’t have time to go to the gym.

‘I have a walk app too so walking to the car or going to the gas station helps, all add up.’

And she has some diet tricks too.

‘I eat grilled food over fried food. It is healthier for the heart and it lowers cholesterol.

‘High cholesterol runs in my family gene. So I try to work on what I can that is within my control. I love French fries so it’s not easy sometimes.’

And she rules out meat and sugar.

‘For two months now, I decided to go on a pescatarian lifestyle, which is a temporary change.

‘That means no meats, no chicken, and only seafood. I love fish so this works for me. I often order the grilled salmon at restaurants with a side of vegetables.

‘Also I don’t eat sugar, so no desserts, no cake, no ice cream, not thank you! It’s just not worth it for me. Every time I eat a dessert I have to work out another hour and it’s too much time.

‘I only eat sugar from fruits which is great because I love apples and strawberries.

‘I feel it is important to detox the body every once in a while plus it also shock the metabolism. I feel less bloated, more regular and more energy.’

And she says the advice to drink more water really works.

‘Not only it’s beneficial to our organs but I notice it helps with my skin too. Bye bye zits. The best way to know if we are drinking enough is take your body weight and divide it by two, the result is the amount of ounces we need for the day.’

And she also shared that lowering stress is also very helpful to weight loss.  ‘Take it one day at a time,’ said the star who grew up in Washington state. Stress can get in our way but every little step we take makes a difference. Keep it simple! Be kind to yourself.’

Travis Scott is capitalising on his recent arrest by selling T-shirts featuring his mugshot.

The Sicko Mode hitmaker was arrested on charges of disorderly intoxication and trespassing on a property after a warning in the early hours of Thursday morning.

However, the rapper is already taking advantage of the situation as he incorporated his mugshot into a new addition to the merchandise section of his website.

Editing the image he removed his straight face for a cheesy grin before pasting it onto the black top.

The Free the Rage Tee is priced at $35 and features Travis’ mugshot in the centre, with the phrase ‘It’s Miami’ written in quotes underneath.

The official police report stated Travis continued to repeat ‘It’s Miami’ to officers after his arrest.

A $5 contribution from the sale of each T-shirt will go to the Cactus Jack Foundation, which aims to empower and enrich the lives of youth by providing access to education and creative resources to ensure long term success.

Aiming to boost sales, the star also shared a link to his merchandise website on his Instagram Story as she captioned his smiling mugshot with the words: ‘Free The Rage II’.

Travis was arrested overnight for allegedly causing a drunken altercation on a Florida yacht.

Ten Miami Beach cops were called to the marina just before 1am to reports of ‘a disturbance’ which involved people ‘fighting’, the department revealed.

When they arrived, they found the Astroworld artist ‘yelling’ at people from the dock.

They arrested the rapper for two misdemeanors – disorderly intoxication and trespassing at the marina and when cops interrogated him about whether he’d been drinking, he replied: ‘It’s Miami’.

He also responded to the night’s chaos with a series of light-hearted tweets to calm fan fears about his upcoming tour.

Travis wrote ‘lol’ on X and shared his booking photo complete with photoshopped shades and earphones via Instagram stories.

He told his fans that he will be going ‘ham’ on his Circus Maximus stadium tour – which means ‘hard as a motherf*****r’. The tour is just six days away – it kicks off June 28 in the Netherlands.

Police said there was ‘a strong smell of alcohol’ on Travis’ breath and that he had been ‘disturbing the peace’ of the marina by ‘yelling’ and ‘behaving erratically’ through the night.

He got into a ‘fight’ with people on a yacht at the marina, triggering the police response at 1.17am. Ten cops were dispatched to the scene for the mission of ushering him back to his vehicle – ‘a long walk away’ per the affidavit.

Travis could not be tamed, and continued ‘yelling obscenities’ at the vessel all the way according to police. When they got to his vehicle, he appeared to warn his security guard not to comply with police.

Referring to his employee, Travis told officers ‘if he gets in the vehicle he’s gonna catch a fade’ according to the arrest document.

He was eventually detained and taken to Miami-Dade Corrections facility where his bleary-eyed mugshot was snapped.

Travis’ lawyer Bradford Cohen told DailyMail.com the rapper was ‘briefly detained due to a misunderstanding’.

Travis was previously in a relationship with Kylie Jenner with who he shares daughter Stormi, six, and son Aire, two. The pair split up for good in October 2022 (pictured 2018)

‘There was absolutely no physical altercation involved, and we thank the authorities for working with us towards a swift and amicable resolution,’ Cohen said.

A source familiar with the situation also told DailyMail.com the fight was verbal in nature and ‘there was no physical altercation with anyone’.

‘This was a rowdy party and Travis was already bailed out for a few hundred dollars. He is already home,’ they said.

They added that ‘no further action’ will be taken over the ‘minor incident’ they described as ‘akin to receiving a ticket with no injuries’.

Travis submitted a $650 bond – which includes $500 for the trespass charge, and $150 for disorderly intoxication.

  • Nicki Minaj accused of ‘pulling race card’ by Dutch police after drugs arrest

Nicki Minaj accused of ‘pulling race card’ by Dutch police after drugs arrest

Dutch police have insisted that Nicki Minaj’s arrest had nothing to do with her race and it’s ‘annoying that she drew that card.’

The rapper, 41, was arrested at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport just hours before she was supposed to take to the stage at Manchester’s Co-op Live arena on Saturday.

The gig was eventually axed hours after it was due to start and now Minaj’s show in Amsterdam has also been cancelled after she was accused of ‘carrying drugs’ in her luggage.

Speaking about her arrest and missing her gig, Minaj suggested it was down to her being a ‘confident other race’.

In response, a Dutch military police spokesperson told broadcaster NOS: ‘It’s annoying if she experienced it that way.’

The rapper, 41, was arrested at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport just hours before she was supposed to take to the stage at Manchester’s Co-op Live arena on Saturday

They continued: ‘We arrested her when we found dozens of joints in her luggage. The lady was released four hours after arrest in consultation with the public prosecutor, and after paying a fine.

‘I think that It all went very smoothly. It’s annoying that she drew that card.’

During her livestream, Minaj said: ‘Not being able to get to Manchester, I don’t know when was the last time I felt that low, you know? And not only that, but just knowing that something is being done to you on purpose. You are a confident other race, you know?

‘But I’m not going to get into it and tell you guys the joy they took in it, even while I was there. But you know what?

‘There was one lady there — all the rest were men — and I could tell she had a heart. But the treatment was just disgusting. And I wouldn’t wish that on anyone.’

A police spokesperson added to BBC News: ‘We just do our job and it is protocol to search luggage and arrest a person when we find drugs.

‘The arrest was around 17.30, the release at 21.30. We stand for a professional organisation that treats everybody equal, no matter what.”

Minaj was fined 350 euros (£300, $380), they said, adding: ‘It is illegal to take drugs to another country.’

MailOnline has contacted Minaj’s representatives and the Dutch police for comment.

Minaj took to the stage in Manchester on Thursday night after her fans started queuing outside the Co-op Live area from 4am – but thousands more were left disappointed as the star’s Amsterdam show is cancelled following her drug arrest.

‘Due to the events of last week, the Nicki Minaj show on Sunday, 2nd June at Ziggo Dome, Amsterdam will no longer be taking place,’ concert promotors MOJO said.

‘Tickets will be refunded at the point of sale,’ it added on its website, but did not give further details.

Minaj on Saturday posted on social media platform X that authorities ‘said they found weed’ in her luggage shortly before takeoff.

The rap artist said the ‘pre-rolls’ belonged to her security guard and that her bags had been searched ‘without consent’.

The delay saw Minaj miss her performance in Manchester, but she said she would return for a second concert in the city on May 30, her next performance.

Minaj suggested in a series of social media posts that the arrest in Amsterdam was ‘part of a plot to sabotage her tour’.

A common misconception outside the Netherlands is that cannabis is legal in the country, home to world-famous coffee shops selling the drug that are a draw for many tourists.

The consumption of cannabis is technically illegal but police choose not to enforce the law for small quantities as part of a ‘tolerance’ policy in place since the 1970s.

Transporting any drugs to another country is illegal.

Known for her neon costumes and wigs, Minaj – whose hits include Starships, Bang Bang and Anaconda – is considered one of rap’s most influential female artists.

Before her concert in Manchester the Co-op Live arena lit itself up with pictures of Nicki as fans arrived.

Minaj, 41, was seen for the first time since her drug arrest in Amsterdam as she arrived to the United Kingdom on Saturday

Minaj, 41, was seen for the first time since her drug arrest in Amsterdam as she arrived to the United Kingdom on Saturday

Minaj was initially scheduled to perform to packed audiences in Manchester on May 25 and May 30, making her the first female rapper to sell out two shows at the venue.

Her rescheduled performance will take place on June 3.

Sharing the news on X, formerly Twitter, Nicki said: ‘OK guys, I was JUST RE-ADVISED that we actually CAN NOT do any other date for the make up #gagcityMANCHESTER date besides JUNE 3rd.

‘So JUNE 3rd is the new official date for all ticket holders who originally had tickets to the MAY 25th #Manchester show.

‘I apologise for all the inconvenience this has caused. I really hope you can make the #JUNE3rd show. It’ll be really special. Ticketmaster will contact you to advise officially. Love you.’

Nicki said she spent around six hours in custody at Amsterdam’s Schiphol Airport on Saturday before being able to fly to the UK.

The American singer had live-streamed her arrest in the Netherlands at around 4pm after police detained her on suspicion of exporting soft drugs as she prepared to fly to Britain after ‘weed’ was allegedly found in her luggage.

An hour and a half later Co-op Live tweeted that doors for her Manchester show would open at 7pm and fans entered, despite the R&B star not being released from custody until around 8.55pm.

She was later seen arriving at Manchester late on Saturday night after devastated fans were sent home.

Furious fans at the Co-Op Live arena were told by security guards that the singer was in the building when she was actually in police custody in the Netherlands.

The late decision by bosses at the newly-built arena sparked a backlash as fans questioned why the ‘cursed’ venue let them go inside and spend money despite the show not going ahead.

But representatives for the beleaguered £365million arena, which belatedly opened this month after being plagued by setbacks, said they allowed people to enter to ‘ensure the safety and welfare of fans while awaiting updates.’

Latest in a string of issues for Co-op Live

Manchester’s Co-Op Live Arena has been plagued by issues from its testing to eventual opening earlier this month.

Here is a timeline of what has happened:

    April 20

Headaches for Co-op Arena emerged after capacity for a test event was reduced with just hours’ notice.

Rick Astley did perform at the arena, however, and there were reports on social media that the event was a success.

    April 22

Yet more issues came when comedian Peter Kay’s performances were postponed with less than 48 hours’ notice.

His original dates were shifted to April 29 and 30, with Kay writing on social media that he was ‘truly gutted’ for his fans.

A spokesman for the arena said that ‘consistent total power supply to our fully electric sustainable venue’ was two days behind and there needed to be more time to test it ‘thoroughly’.

    April 25

Following a slew of issues, general manager Gary Roden resigned.

    April 26

Peter Kay and The Black Keys both had to reschedule dates because of the venue not being ‘ready’.

Kay’s gigs were moved to May 23 and May 24, and he said it was ‘very disappointing but your safety is important, and I won’t compromise that’ on X, formerly Twitter.

The new date for the US rock band The Black Keys became May 15.

In a statement, Co-op Live also said that there is ‘reassurance’ for fans that dates for US rapper A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, real name Julius Dubose, on May 1, and American singer Olivia Rodrigo’s performances on May 3 and 4 would be going ahead.

    May 1

Both A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie and Olivia Rodrigo dates are postponed.

This was just over an hour before A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie was set to perform, with the venue saying that there was a problem during the soundcheck.

A component of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system used to direct air had separated from the ductwork, and the installer, contractor and third-party inspector would now have to test each nozzle to confirm they are free from the defect, the Oak View Group said.

Two hours after cancelling A Boogie Wit Da Hoodie, the venue then said that Rodrigo’s gigs would not go ahead on May 3 and 4.

    May 2

Take That said they would be moving their May shows from the Co-op Live to the AO Arena because of ‘ongoing technical issues’.

Earlier that day another band, Keane, announced their May 5 gig at the venue had been postponed thanks to issues that were ‘entirely beyond our control’.

Britain’s Got Talent viewers were left fuming during the second live semi-final on Tuesday as a young girl was left in floods of tears on stage.

Fans were unimpressed when dance troupe Haribow were voted through to Sunday’s final by the judges over choir Ravi’s Dream Team.

Panellists Simon Cowell, Alesha Dixon, Amanda Holden and Bruno Tonioli were unable to decide who to put through, leaving it up to the public to choose.

Bruno picked Haribow while Alesha and Amanda both decided on Ravi’s Dream Team, but Simon sent it to the public vote when he chose Haribow.

When it was announced it was Haribow who had come out on top in the eyes of the public, the studio audience broke into rapturous applause, prompting the little girl to burst into tears and be picked up by another member of the choir and whisked off stage.

Judge Simon Cowell said nuclear engineer-turned-magician Jack is ‘the favourite to win the entire competition’ after a ‘jaw-dropping’ performance during the second live semi-final of the ITV talent competition on Tuesday.

Japanese skipping group Haribow also won a spot in Sunday’s final after Simon said they were ‘one of the best acts we’ve ever had’ based on ‘skill and being unique’.

The pair join South African opera singer Innocent Masuku and South Korean taekwondo group Ssaulabi Performance Troupe on the bill for the final after they were voted through on Monday.

Congratulating him, someone else posted: ‘Well done Jack Rhodes. What a magician – the best I’ve seen just awesome.’

But someone else offered: ‘Jack Rhode’s act could barely be called magic. Didn’t get into the box, that was a double, moved to the TV box when dark, box under TV was 45 degree mirror, he found Simon’s card by….well….his eyes?’

‘People slating Jack Rhodes act. I’d like to see you climb out of a tv,’ wrote someone else as they defended him.

But another person wrote simply: ‘Jack Rhodes sucks.’

One other person declared: ‘Jack Rhodes shouldn’t have made the final His act was boring and he took too long to get going with the main magic trick.’

And someone else commented: ‘Hopefully Jack will be better in the final. He WAS good in the auditions.’

Double Dutch group Haribow, who have only been skipping together for four years, achieved the audience Golden Buzzer during their first audition, meaning they were automatically sent through to the next round.

‘Going back to that audition, it was honestly one of the biggest reactions we’ve ever ever had on an audition,’ Cowell said after their energetic semi-final show.

The group beat choir Ravi’s Dream Team for the final spot on the bill. They were Alesha’s golden buzzer choice during the auditions.

The choir, who advocate for brain tumour charities after Ravi Adelekan was diagnosed with a benign tumour in his brain stem at the age of six, sang a rendition of Take That’s Greatest Day.

‘That’s what I call a moment,’ Simon told the group.

Ravi said after their Britain’s Got Talent audition aired on TV that celebrities had been in contact with him including Jack Grealish, Jermaine Jenas, Monica Galetti, Paloma Faith “and Coldplay’s drummer”.

The cast of Disney’s Frozen The Musical opened the live show singing hit songs from the musical, before co-hosts Anthony McPartlin and Declan Donnelly came on stage holding character Olaf’s hand.

Elsewhere, viewers were left fuming during the second live semi-final of the series on Tuesday as the judges praised already established K-pop band Blitzers.

They were praised by the judging panel for their slick performance, with Amanda describing the group as ‘box ready’.

The audience at home was quick to take to social media to point out the boyband had already had some success in Korea, where they were formed by record label Wuzo Entertainment in 2021.

Viewers also hit out at other acts, including cheerleaders Lady Grenades who have travelled the world to compete in international competitions, while noting a minimal amount of the performers were actually British despite the show’s name.

Blitzers’ first EP Check-In reached number 12 in the Korean charts that same year, with their second, Seat-Belt, getting to number 11 just five months later, and their third, reaching Win-Dow in 2022.

They have also released five singles in Korea and had songs featured on two soundtracks.

The fact the group were so highly praised by the judges left some viewers less than impressed, with many taking to social media to express their frustration.

One person wrote on Twitter: ‘Amanda: You seem box ready. Errrr… that’s because they are. Blitzer are an established K-Pop group who have already enjoyed success. No issue with them using the show to reach UK audiences, but please don’t have the judges pretend they don’t know

While someone else shared: ‘Is this K-pop band a professional act already in their own country? Seem far too slick and professional alongside the other acts. Not my thing at all. But I can see they are going to get through.’

‘The blitzers being on is not on they are already famous,’ wrote someone else.

While another viewer asked: ‘Aren’t Blitzers already a very successful k-pop band in Korea?’

Someone else queried: ‘These K-pop seem like more industry plants. How successful are they in Korea/asia?’

While someone else remarked: ‘This act feels less about showcasing new talent and more about Simon Cowell pushing an established K-pop band onto the UK market.’

Voicing their opinion on Jack on social media, one person wrote on Twitter: ‘Jack Rhodes is a nice bloke. And he’s British! Yeehah!’

They added: ‘A little bit of faith has been restored in the voting public. Jack Rhodes going through is absolutely the correct choice.’

Another person wrote: ‘Congratulations to Jack Rhodes as the sole British representative in #BritainsGotTalent #BGT.’

While someone else shared: ‘Jack Rhodes winning tonight’s show. Can’t lie I’m shocked I didn’t think he was that good.’

‘Jack won the public vote? Jack? Erm OK,’ posted someone else.

While another audience member at home wrote: ‘Wasn’t impressed with the winning #bgtact Jack Rhodes. A lot of smoke and mirrors for a very basic trick.’

Another viewer who is already a fan of the band, wrote: ‘Can all of us k-pop stans or blitzers stans watching agree we will definitely vote for them to get to the final tonight!’

Blitzers, aged between 19 and 22, opted to perform their own version of Shawn Mendes’s There’s Nothing Holdin’ Me Back despite having their own music, and ended up wowing the judges during their first audition earlier in the series.

The first ever K-pop band to feature on the British talent show got four yeses from the judges and will head into the next round.

Britain’s Got Talent live semi-finals will air each day until Friday at 8pm, with Sunday’s final at 7.30pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
