When Tammy Hembrow arrived at the premiere of the year last week with a chiselled new man on her arm, her followers went into meltdown trying to work out who he was.
Dressed in a low-cut white gown and beaming for the cameras, Tammy clutched his hand, kissed him theatrically and proudly presented him to the waiting photographers.
But, while social media raced to put a name to the handsome newcomer, there was one woman who recognised him instantly: his girlfriend.
For as it turned out, Grayson Te Moana, the 22-year-old model who appeared with fitness influencer Tammy on the red carpet for the “Wuthering Heights” premiere in Sydney, was then still in a long-term relationship.

His girlfriend is said to have been ‘blindsided’ and ‘heartbroken’ after seeing him with Tammy on social media.
A source close to the situation told me: ‘He kept his relationship off social media but was living with his girlfriend for eight months. He had met her family. She thought they were the real deal.
‘And now he’s shacked up with a big-name influencer, while still with his girlfriend. Meanwhile, she’s at home scrolling and suddenly sees him walking the red carpet, kissing and cosying up to Tammy. She’s heartbroken. He knows exactly what he’s doing. It’s all about clout.’
If so, then Grayson has chosen the right woman. Tammy is no stranger to a headline-making romance.

Tammy was seen kissing a chiselled new man on the red carpet - Grayson Te Moana, a 22-year-old model - whom she proudly presented to crowds of photographers
Her first – and most high-profile – relationship was with hunky personal trainer and fashion designer Reece Hawkins, the father of her two children, Wolf, 10, and Saskia, eight.
The pair rose to fame together and were once dubbed the Gold Coast’s golden couple before splitting in 2018, insisting they had simply grown ‘unhappy’ and denying any infidelity.
After Hawkins, Tammy was briefly linked to rapper Tyga, Kylie Jenner’s ex-boyfriend, and was memorably photographed leaving Jenner’s 21st birthday party in an ambulance. Tammy later claimed that she had collapsed due to jet-lag and exhaustion.
She then began dating former Ironman Matt Poole in 2019, going public two years later. They welcomed daughter Posy in 2022 but split just seven months after her birth.

In December 2023 came another whirlwind romance with Matt Zukowski, whom she met after he messaged her on social media. Just three months later they were engaged. By November 2024, they had staged what was dubbed the ‘influencer wedding of the century,’ complete with a glossy spread in Vogue Australia.
Plagued by cheating rumours on both sides, they announced their divorce in June last year.
Since then, Tammy has been linked to Australian Football League player Bailey Smith, though nothing was ever confirmed.

Today, Grayson has more than 20 million followers, while Tammy remains one of Australia’s star influencers. She built her empire on fitness content before launching Saski Collection, a supplement line and a fitness app - and is reportedly worth upwards of $50 million.

Whether this latest romance is true love or a clever PR stunt remains to be seen.
One source put it bluntly: ‘Who knows if she’s in love again, or if this is just another rebrand. Maybe it’s time to lean into the mummy influencer era. That might be her best shot at longevity.’
Grayson, has since denied the rumours, claiming to not have been in a 'relationship for at least three years'.
However, my sources, said: 'You can't tell me this man wasn't in a relationship. Meeting parents, sleeping and living with someone for nearly a year, it's embarrassing and disgusting'.
Are we really buying this 'relatable rebrand'?
When Zara McDermott quietly relaunched her new YouTube channel in October, even loyal fans were puzzled.

The mundane ‘week in my life’ videos seem a world away from the world of red carpets, BBC documentaries and glossy reality TV that Zara once inhabited.
So why the change of pace? Insiders in the know tell me there’s a very specific reason behind her rebrand.
Zara McDermott's shift away from glossy TV appearances seems to be motivated by her new beau - One Direction's Louis Tomlinson - who isn't fond of the overt 'social media persona'
Sources say her new One Direction beau, Louis Tomlinson - who she started dating in March – isn’t particularly fond of the overt ‘social media persona’ she adopted during her previous – and very public – relationship with ex-boyfriend, Made in Chelsea star Sam Thompson, where virtually nothing was off-limits.
The rebrand is designed to make Zara seem relatable – and concerned with keeping her personal life private. But is that really the case?

In recent vlogs, eagle-eyed viewers noticed she’s filming in what they claim is Louis’ home. She's seen baking a pie stamped with the initials ‘Z & L’ and casually namedrops his sister, Lottie Tomlinson.
In another clip, she leaves her phone face-up on the counter with a lock-screen photo of her and Louis.
Accidental? Please. It’s the oldest influencer trick in the book.
Disgraceful double standards: The heckler that stunned Strictly heartthrob George
Strictly heartthrob George Clarke was left red-faced on stage this week after an X-rated heckle brought his live show to an awkward pause.
The star, who rose to fame making comedy TikTok videos, is currently touring the UK with fellow influencer Max Balegde on their The Useless Hotline Podcast tour - a show built on chaos, oversharing and crowd interaction.

But in Newcastle, things went too far.
During a comedy show in Newcastle, former Strictly star George Clarke, pictured with dancing partner Alexis Warr, was reportedly heckled by an audience member
During their stop at Tyne Theatre & Opera House, an audience member reportedly shouted: ‘George, get your c*** out.’
A stunned George attempted to laugh it off, but those in attendance say he looked visibly uncomfortable.
Fans have since branded the comment ‘disgraceful,’ pointing out the obvious double standard. If the same remark had been aimed at a female performer, the backlash would have been immediate.

Still, any embarrassment didn’t dampen his spirits for long. He was later spotted partying into the early hours at Newcastle student hotspot Skint.

Don’t they say the best revenge is success? Olivia Attwood, who this month announced her divorce from husband of three years, Bradley Dack, is thriving.
Olivia Attwood has signed a brand deal with Garnier
She’s got a new house, is filming for a new ITV cooking show, appeared on the cover of FAULT magazine and has signed brand deals with Garnier and Vaseline.

Thank GOD for another podcast... not.
Influencers Anastasia Karanikolaou and Victoria Villarroel - known for being Kylie Jenner’s best friends - have announced a new show, Better Half.
I suspect many will tune in to see if they dish any gossip on the Kardashian clan but, unless they deliver, numbers will dwindle fast.

I finally tried some of the products this week, and as someone who struggles with frizzy hair, the brand has won me over.
