Suzie Wells has vowed to give online dating ‘another chance’ after her daughters Sam Faiers and Billie Shepherd signed her up to celebrity dating app Raya.
The 54-year-old mother revealed she was ‘on the lookout for someone’ and would have another crack at online dating after experiencing technical hitches last year.
Speaking to New Magazine, Suzie said her first experience with Raya hadn’t quite gone as planned – as everyone messaging her was either from America, Italy or France.
‘It was so funny,’ she said. ‘Billie and Sam were telling me to just go for it, move abroad and meet someone. Can you imagine? I’d need to uproot my entire life – I’d miss my grandkids far too much.’
But when asked her plans for 2024, she said: ‘I might give online dating another chance. Who knows what might happen? But I’m definitely on the lookout for someone.’

‘My girls signed me up to Raya last year but I didn’t really know how to work it,’ Suzie told the outlet.
‘There must have been something wrong with the location settings because anyone who was contacting me was either from America, Italy or France.’
Suzie went on to say that she is keen to start dating again, despite the fact her former-TOWIE daughters, both 33, joke that she says that ‘every year’.
‘But in 2024 my resolution is to get myself out there and start dating again,’ Suzie added.
She went on to shed light on some on her dating green and red flags.
The sign she looks out for when it comes to prospective love interests is ‘dodgy shoes’, she joked, before adding that someone being able to make her laugh is key.
Other traits Suzie looks for in a man are someone who is kind and smart, adding that whether a person enjoys life is more important to her than how physically attractive they are.
Suzie said she hadn’t really been looking for ‘The One’ when asked what had stopped her from dating up until now.

Suzie went on to say that she is hoping to meet someone unexpectedly this year – and that the prospect of dating is helped by her daughters being supportive.
However Suzie suspects that when the time comes, whoever she decides to bring home will be subjected to an interrogation by Billie and Sam.
Suzie was last pictured publicly at The Ivy Victoria with her daughter Billie in October, at the launch of her George at Asda clothing line.
Former TOWIE star Billie attended her launch with mother Suzie, her grandmother as well as friends as they arrived on mass to support the star.
The star’s range with Asda marked her first womenswear collection with the brand after a series of successful childrenswear ranges with the retailer.
As three generations of Faiers stood together in the pictures, it became clear where the star gets her gorgeous looks from.

Billie and her mother almost looked like sister’s as they stood side by side, both donning their designer bags.

Just months earlier it was revealed Suzie, Billie and Sam had enjoyed an ultimate luxury 48-hour Paris trip.
The mother-daughter trio splashed out €7,500 (£6,448) on a two night hotel stay in May 2023, enjoyed €70 (£60.20) cocktail rounds and ate off menus with €90 (£77,40) dishes.
Stating that the jaunt was a shared Christmas present, Sam revealed at the time that their stay at Four Seasons Hotel George V was an item ‘ticked off her bucket list’.
The hotel, which is located steps from the Champs Elysees and is walking distance to the Golden Triangle, the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe, costs €3,745 (£3,220) per night for the most basic room.
