Steph McGovern sported a sling for the Celebrity Bear Hunt premiere in London after breaking her arm in half.
The presenter, 42, was among the stars of the Netflix adventure show who stepped out for the premiere at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square on Tuesday.
Celebrity Bear Hunt sees Steph take on a number of extremely daunting challenging, including being rushed to medics after crashing into a cliff.
But it was when she returned home that she suffered her most agonising injury – after slipping on the ice outside her home and breaking her arm ‘in two’.
As she arrived for Tuesday’s premiere Steph sported a chic black co-ord consisting of a crop top, wide-leg trousers and a blazer draped over her shoulders.
But her look was finished off with a black sling keeping her right arm in place after suffering the horrific injury last month.

She took to Instagram in January to tell fans about her accident, as she said: ‘I slipped on the ice last Friday, hit the deck and broke my arm.
‘If you’re squeamish stop listening to this but basically I snapped the top half of my arm in two. Possibly the most painful thing i have ever experienced in my life, simply from slipping on the ice.’
Ahead of Celebrity Bear Hunt’s air date on Wednesday, Steph referenced the star contrast between how she broke her arm compared to the stunts she undertook on the show.
‘Literally you’re about to see all the things I did on Bear Hunt which were way more dramatic and scary than walking outside my front door,’ she said. ‘But it was walking outside my front door that led to me snapping my arm in two.
‘But yeah, so this is on for at least another five or six weeks. But I was being really well looked after by the NHS, spent a bit of time in A&E as you do and was again very well looked after.’
Sharing an update with fans at the weekend, Steph posted a collection of snaps detailing the different stages of her recovery.
She wrote: ‘My nickname at school was funny bones….they ain’t so funny now! It is the most painful injury I’ve ever experienced and has given my nerves/confidence a right battering. BUT I’m on the mend…….’

Billed as ‘the ultimate survival challenge’, the Netflix programme sees a group of unlikely celebrities get dropped into the Central American jungle as prey for one of the world’s most fearsome predators – Bear Grylls.
However, the show proved to be particularly dangerous for presenter Steph as a shock incident saw her almost break her nose after swinging face-first into a cliff face, reports The Sun.
Steph is said to have been struggled to walk after being covered in bruises, while at one point there were fears she may have been concussed.
The horror smash is also said to have left host Holly Willoughby fighting back tears amid Steph’s ordeal, with there being concerns that the journalist wouldn’t be able to continue.
Luckily for the star, she was deemed fit to continue 24 hours later, though her injury was still visible in the trailer as she was seen with a plaster across her nose.

A source told the publication: ‘Not only was it terrifying for Steph, but for everyone watching – cast, crew and Holly included.
‘Holly was visibly shaken and close to tears, and at one point could be seen covering her face with her hands.
‘It was touch and go about whether Steph would have to leave on medical grounds, so she was monitored for the next 24 hours.
‘But Steph is a trooper – she was determined to stay and luckily for her, she was given the green light to continue.’
