Explosive feuds, screaming matches and drinks hurled across engagement parties may have dominated 's Turned On: Dirty Sexy Money - but there was another revelation throughout the drama-filled reality series.

The stars weren't just spilling secrets about their friendships - they were also lifting the lid on the staggering amounts of money they spend to maintain the glamorous looks that power their multimillion-dollar content careers.

From almost $200,000 in plastic surgery to thousands of dollars every year on hair extensions, and beauty treatments, the women behind Blue Rose Talent have now revealed the true cost of looking camera-ready.

The reality series follows some of Australia's biggest content creators as they juggle lucrative careers, personal relationships and the endless drama inside the agency.

The simmering tensions ultimately exploded in the season finale when Quinn Everly and Annie Knight crashed Mia's engagement party - despite being told not to attend, sparking a night of screaming matches, tears and a drink thrown.

Away from the fireworks, however, the cast have been remarkably candid about another topic - cosmetic enhancements.

The women have openly detailed the procedures and treatments behind their polished appearances.

Agency founder Quinn Everly has revealed she has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on cosmetic work.

'I spend a lot of money on my appearance. Just in plastic surgery alone, I have spent close to $200,000,' she recently told TV WEEK.

The ongoing maintenance doesn't come cheap either.

Quinn revealed she spends around $150 every three weeks on nails, $1,500 on new hair extensions every six to 12 months, another $300 every six weeks maintaining them, $1,000 every four months on Botox, $200 every fortnight on full-body exfoliation and about $130 every eight weeks on laser hair removal.

Her co-star sister, Hayley Summers, admitted she has spent almost $60,000 on rhinoplasty and dental work - while also investing heavily in fitness and beauty upkeep.

'I have a personal trainer who I see a few times a week, and that's around $250 each week,' Hayley said.
