Papers say the firm will trade in the 'retail sale of cosmetic and toilet articles in specialised stores'.
As well as this, Stacey launched a homeware range with her products landing on Asda shelves earlier this year.
Despite creating a £10million business empire, Stacey has previously stressed that her children will have to work to support themselves and be 'financially independent'.
She said: 'We don't have some sort of inherited wealth that we can pass down for generations, so it's really important for them to know that this is our career and we will support our family in whichever way we can, but eventually they are their own person.

Previously Stacey is said to have saved husband Joe from money troubles as he had been declared bankrupt twice over unpaid tax bills – once in 2009 and the second in 2013.
His first financial mess came just a year after he'd won I'm A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here, soon after being axed from EastEnders.
One source told The Sun: 'Stacey is shrewd when it comes to cash, and she makes sure she's in control of their finances.
'She earns a hell of a lot more than him, but still insists everything is 50/50. It's a way of protecting herself if the worst was to happen but also a way of making sure Joe is contributing.'
It comes as Stacey and Joe kicked off a lavish half term ski trip with their children in Switzerland on Sunday.

Earlier this month Stacey posted a glimpse into daughter Belle's third birthday as she shared the sweet celebrations on Instagram.
She posted a sweet snap of her toddler sitting on the counter as she played with plastic eggs.
Belle was treated to a pink and blue themed birthday party as Stacey set up a fun mini-doughnut wall and a small cake stand.

The toddler celebrated her special day with a tea-party themed event, which saw popcorn-filled bags scatter across the tables and large teddy bear balloons spread throughout the house.
Belle was seen blowing out candles on a plate mounted with red fruits before she enjoyed a three-tier unicorn pink birthday cake.
