Stacey Solomon looked sensational as she showed off her toned physique after her morning workout on Tuesday.
The mother-of-five, 34, began her fitness transformation nine months ago after welcoming her fifth child, Belle, in February 2023.
Taking to her Instagram Story, the TV star donned a matching black sportswear set as she showcased her toned abs in the plunging sports bra.
Smiling in the snap as she sipped her smoothie, the star wrote: ‘Got up and run my little bum off today. I’m so proud of myself because I began this little journey basically to get rid of Joe’s treadmill and prove a point.
‘And here I am 9 months later. Feeling so buzzing like more awake & alive because of a little bit of exercise a day.’

She continued: ‘For anyone who thinks they can’t! I promise you if I can you can. I was allergic to exercise. One little step at a time. You’ve got this’.
Last May, Stacey revealed she was sick and tired of looking at husband Joe Swash’s abandoned gym equipment in their garage.
The Loose Women panellist explained how her partner Joe’s home gym had been collecting dust and spider webs and she threatened to throw out the exercise bike and treadmill to give to charity as the former EastEnders actor hasn’t used them since purchasing them brand new.
But before doing so, the mum-of-five decided to try and get into a routine and use the home gym herself, and Stacey hasn’t looked back with fitness now being a key part to her morning routine.
Last month Stacey showed off her toned figure as she headed to a gym class after bouncing back following her health scare.
The star had to be rushed to hospital on the last day of her family holiday to Jamaica after she was struck down by an infection.
Yet clearly on the mend, she slipped into a teal zip-up top and matching pair of figure-hugging leggings that showed off her slender frame.
She left her toned midriff on full display as she also donned a coordinating sports bra, while sweeping her hair up into a ponytail.

Meanwhile Stacey left fans in hysterics on Sunday as she showed off her new hair do as she tried out a ‘fake fringe’ in her latest TikTok video.
She revealed she had purchased the blonde block fringe to trial before cutting her hair.
However, the look was not quite what Stacey had hoped as she revealed it was harder to position the fringe in place than she is expected.
At the start of the video, she said: ‘Every time I do my hair I think maybe I should cut a fringe and maybe go for something different. I bought a fake fringe to try it out.’
Before clipping the hair in, Stacey applied a full face of makeup and joked: ‘I can’t wait for the mums on the school run to see me later.
‘They’re going to be like, “Wow where has she been today”, no where I was at home trying on a fake fringe.’

Stacey separated her long blonde tresses and ran some Rehab hair oil into the ends before clipping the extension in.
She said: ‘I hope this fringe is worth it’.
Looking rather shocked by her appearance, the mother-of-five began laughing and told her followers she needs to ‘style it’ to make it look good.
Struggling with the new do, Stacey eventually came to the conclusion it does ‘not suit’ her and compared herself to an ‘afghan hound’.
She joked: ‘Why do I look like a afghan hound. I just can’t see anything.
‘I look good with my head up but if I walk around normally no. I really wanted this to work, no. The verdict is I should not have a fringe, I do not suit it.’
