The have teased a major hint a reunion is on the cards as the band have 'agreed to issue a commemorative coin'.

The beloved 1990s pop band will join Brit icons The , Queen, and  in being honoured by the , according to reports.  

The latest development adds further fuel to the possibility of a hotly-anticipated comeback, after they all reunited for a singalong at David and Victoria's lavish London home last week. 

Launched in 2020, the Music Legends series includes coins honouring artists like Queen, , , and many others. 

is said to have given the seal of approval for the nineties pop girl-group to be the face of £5 and £2 coins for the special music icon collection. 

A source told The Sun: 'All five of them agreed to it'.

The beloved 1990s pop band will join Brit icons The Rolling Stones, Queen, George Michael and Shirley Basseyin being honoured by the Royal Mint, according to reports 

Daily Mail has contacted the Spice Girls' representatives for a comment. 

Only Mel B was missing from the reunion at Victoria's house, although the group were joined by Posh's son Cruz, 20, as they belted out their 1998 hit Viva Forever in a the viral clip.

Despite not performing to a sold-out crowd, the iconic girl band sang the hit in the dining room as two lucky members of the Beckhams' catering staff watched on. 

The staff members, who were dressed in all black, watched on in amazement through large glass doors as Victoria, Geri Halliwell-Horner, 53, , 50, and , 52, sang their 1998 hit.

Notably, , 50, was a no-show amid her bitter falling out with Geri but she is also currently on her honeymoon in Mauritius with husband Rory McPhee.

However, she has recently said she is keen for the band to get back together and teased fans by 'liking' a comment about the prospect of a reunion.

While the ladies sang their harmony, Victoria's son Cruz strummed away on the guitar, while his girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 29, sat at the table and the family's personal chefs watched on through glass doors from the kitchen.

Fans couldn't believe that two lucky staff members got 'front row seats' to the Spice Girls reunion and many shared their jealousy on Instagram. 

They wrote: 'Love the staff in the background literally the most VIP tickets!!!!!;  The ladies on the other side are all of us right now!;

'I'm curious if the kitchen staff were paid, or if they paid to have an exclusive front row seat!!;

Victoria has been dropping hints that she might do something with the band, uploading a clip of herself singing a live acoustic version of one of their biggest hits and reuniting with the girls at Emma's 50th birthday.
