Spencer Matthews showed off his skinnier frame as he took a chilling ice plunge on Tuesday.
The former Made In Chelsea star, 35, shared a clip of himself kicking in a layer of ice on top of the freezing water on his Instagram Stories.
Reality star Spencer, who is currently on a special training routine, could then be seen stepping on to.a plunge pool before immersing his body in the water.
After putting his head under the water, he came back up and looked at the camera, declaring: ‘Delish!’
He then pointed the camera towards his wife Vogue Williams who could be seen milling around in their hotel room behind him.

It comes after it emerged Spencer ‘could’ve died’ during the height of his ‘abusive drinking’ habit.
He would sometimes down 10 pints or a bottle of whiskey a day when the issue was at its worst, and he has credited his wife Vogue with helping him to ‘break the habit’.
Speaking to Vogue on the Taboo Talk podcast, he said: ‘It’s not like I just fancied giving up drinking.
‘I could have lost you, I could have lost work, I could have died – not to be overly dramatic about it, but that’s the way it was heading.’
The star admitted he would sometimes go to bed intoxicated, and believes his journey to stop excessive drinking would’ve been ‘more difficult’ if he didn’t have Vogue.
He said: ‘One night, when I was alone, I had a bottle of whiskey and struggled to get myself to bed. I was hammered drunk. I remember waking up the next day and thought “I don’t need this in my life”.
‘If I wasn’t married to someone who didn’t have a great relationship with alcohol, as in you don’t really like it, then my journey would have been more difficult.’
Spencer still drinks occasionally, but admitted he is sober ‘most of the time now’.

He said: ‘I feel very fortunate to have found that level of balance. Before, having one glass would have turned into ten and then I’d be out all night.
‘I’m sober most of the time now. I’ve gone from problem-drinking on a daily basis to having a drink if I feel like it very irregularly.
‘I no longer see it as a problem. I have great balance in my life.’
