Sophie Turner has been on a journey of reinvention as she enters a new chapter of her life, her thirties.
The actress, who turned 30 on Saturday, rose to fame at just aged 13 when she was cast her first onscreen role as Sansa Stark in the HBO series Game Of Thrones.
Having been in the spotlight for nearly two decades, Sophie said she's had no room to 'f*** up' or 'go off the rails'.
So when her high-profile divorce from Joe Jonas came to light, her picture-perfect image came crashing down.
Sophie said she felt she needed to get her career 'back on track' following the birth of her children and the breakdown of her marriage that played out in front of the world.
The mother-of-two, who shares two daughters Willa, five, and Delphine, three, with the Jonas Brothers singer, has been on a chapter of self-reflection in recent months in order to enter her new decade with a sense of 'calm'.

This included Sophie doing a 'hell of a lot' of therapy and dive deeper in how she wants her future to look.
Speaking about her aspirations ahead of her 30th birthday on CBS Mornings in January, Sophie said she's looking forward to some 'peace and quiet'.
The movie star said: 'I'm so looking forward to it. In the run-up to my 30th, I've been really doing a lot of self-work, because I want to enter this new chapter of my life really confident in myself.
'I want to know myself as well as I can. So I've been doing a hell of a lot of therapy the past few months, and now I feel really ready to go into my 30s.'
She added: 'I am really just looking forward to some peace and quiet I think, I mean not that much peace and quiet I want to work a lot.
'I'm really looking forward to just spending time with my kids. Going to the playground, taking them to museums. Really entering a calm phase of my life.'
Despite a number of her starring roles, Sophie still felt she needed to climb to new levels in her career.
'After I had my kids, I felt like I needed to get my career back on track. And then I went through a very expensive divorce', she told the Los Angeles Times.

'It's just now I feel like I'm getting back to where I want to be in terms of being able to pick and choose what I really want to do. And that's a nice place to be.'
And indeed she did. Since her divorce, Sophie threw herself into work and picked up roles in The Dreadful, Trust and Steal.
She is also in the midst of filming the new Tomb Raider series in Surrey and has been seen filming dramatic scenes on set.
Speaking about stepping into Lara Croft's boots, Sophie admitted she was both excited and daunted: 'I am thrilled beyond measure to be playing Lara Croft.
'She's such an iconic character, who means so much to so many - and I am giving everything I've got.
'They're massive shoes to fill, following in the steps of Angelina and Alicia with their powerhouse performances, but with Phoebe at the helm, we (and Lara) are all in very safe hands. I can't wait for you all to see what we have cooking.'

Reflecting on her 'hard twenties', Sophie told NET-A-PORTER’S digital title PORTER:'I just want to have some peace in my thirties.
'I feel like it’s been really hectic for a long time and I’m ready to not have that anymore. Just settle a bit. We’ll see if that happens.'
She added: 'The mum guilt is there forever. I work all week and then on the weekends, I’ll spend all day with my kids each day. But if I go out for lunch with a friend, I will run back home because my heart is sinking that I’ve left them.
'I mean, I haven’t seen my friends or I haven’t gone on a date in weeks, months! I just sack off parts of my life sometimes.
'I only have the capacity for work and family right now. But I’m working on it. I’ll get there.'
Chris became single after splitting from American actress Dakota Johnson, 35, in June after almost eight years together and an engagement.
Meanwhile, despite several reports of splits and reconciliations between Perry and Sophie over the summer, insiders revealed that the couple officially broke up after a high-society wedding in late September.
Sources said the Joan star and aristocrat were seen there bickering and arguing between feverish snogs on the dance floor.
Sophie did not mope around feeling glum about losing her Viscount-in-waiting as she reportedly went on a date with Chris the very next week.

Sources revealed the heir to the Cowdray estate in West Sussex was seen at a trendy west London nightclub in October, hand-in-hand with a willowy, long-legged blonde who had an uncanny – and rather amusing – resemblance to Sophie.

Sophie was revealed as a Coldplay superfan as she 'cried' over a birthday message from her new love interest Chris, in a video organised by ex-husband Joe.
In the video, which was taken in 2020 from Joe's show Cup of Joe, Sophie was surprised for her birthday by her ex-husband, 36, with a video of her now new love interest.
Sitting in a restaurant, Joe passed the actress his phone explaining, 'I have someone who wants to say happy birthday'.
Holding her hands to her face in shock, Sophie squealed: 'It's Chris Martin!'
He said: 'This is Chris from Coldplay, I wanted to say on behalf of me and the even more handsome members of our band, have the best day and I am sending you all my love and I hope you're having the best time.'
The singer signed off the video, 'Thanks for being awesome, bye,' and blew a kiss to the camera.
Sophie looked thrilled as she held back tears, 'I'm not going to cry on camera', she said, before holding her hands to her face and passing Joe his phone back.

Peregrine is the eldest son and heir of Michael Pearson, the 4th Viscount Cowdray – a former film producer who owns a significant chunk of the Pearson media empire.
Reports in August claimed she uploaded nine photos to her Raya profile - including holiday snaps and one of her dancing in a hotel room.
According to The Sun, the actress listed her interests on the app as: 'music, pasta, movies, family, sun, and friends'.
