Sophie Monk was caught out on camera having a hilarious diva-like moment at the Channel Nine Upfronts event on Thursday at Carriageworks in Sydney.

The Love Island Australia host, 44, wowed onlookers as she flaunted her glamorous style in a very glitzy ensemble for the cameras at the star-studded event.

Her golden tresses effortlessly billowed behind her as she posed for the cameras like a seasoned pro, showing off her head-turning outfit from all angles.

However, exclusive footage obtained by Daily Mail Australia gave an insight into the efforts Sophie went to in a bid to achieve her stunning pictures.

In an A-list diva moment, the video showed a large fan blowing over Sophie, helping her to achieve her glamorous windswept effect. 

Despite the behind-the-scenes help, Sophie was all smiles as she played up to the cameras, delivering a show-stopping moment at the event.

She put on a very leggy display in a pink mini dress, which she styled with a statement pair of metallic platform heels.

Sophie accessorised her look with a pair of silver chunky earrings and added to her flawless features with a glossy make-up palette.

Ahead of their 2025 programming being unveiled at Upfronts, Channel Nine recently dropped a racy new teaser trailer for Love Island Australia 2024.

The preview promises fans they can look forward to the sauciest season yet of the sexed-up dating show.

Filmed in Spain, the latest series offers a twist on the format and will see contestants introduced to Hotel Amor where they can freely engage with hook-ups and partner-swaps without cameras on them.

Wearing a sexy onesie, host Sophie Monk introduces the trailer in steamy style, telling viewers:  ‘You can’t choose who you fall in love with… Well, I can. Welcome to my Spanish love lab.’ 

Sophie then announces the ultimate pressure test: ‘It’s never been done anywhere in the world. Prepare to check-in to Hotel Amor!’

Other highlights during the trailer include very steamy scenes of one couple getting intimate in a hot tub.

Earlier this year, an insider revealed that some couples take full advantage of Hotel Amor in the upcoming season, where they can hook-up without being filmed.
