Previn went for a walk on her own in  on Thursday, bundled up in a lilac jacket, mittens, and black baseball cap.

It marked a rare public sighting for Previn, who was last pictured publicly with her filmmaker husband in October, shortly after the death of actress Diane Keaton.

Previn was just 21 when her affair with Allen was revealed. At the time, Allen was 55 and in a relationship with Previn's adopted mother, .

They married in 1997 and have two adopted daughters together.

The couple have long been at the center of controversy due to the origins of their relationship, but their relationship with the deceased Epstein has led to further scrutiny.

E-mails exchanged by Previn and Epstein were recently released as part of the three million documents made public by the Department of Justice and the correspondence includes messages she sent slamming the then-15-year-old girl who the disgraced Anthony Weiner was sexting in 2016.

Woody Allen's wife Soon-Yi Previn was spotted for the first time since her e-mails with Jeffrey Epstein were released by the Department of Justice

'I hate women who take advantage of guys, and she is definitely one of them,' wrote Previn in the 2016 email.

'What is her excuse for being a despicable and disgusting person who preys on the weak?'

She also blasted the #MeToo movement, a cultural reckoning that was sparked in part by the reporting efforts of her half-brother, Ronan Farrow.

Co-host Colin Jost had joked during the show that network executives feared hearing: 'Sir, Ronan Farrow is on line one.'

The couple's friendship with the financier began in 2010 after Epstein had served 15 months in prison for having sex with minors, a fact that didn't put off Allen or South Korean-born Previn.

Epstein was arrested again in July 2019 on sex trafficking charges and was found dead in a month later his cell in a New York prison.

Speaking to the Sunday Times of London in an article published September 2025, Allen, a four-time Oscar winner, said that Epstein told them 'he’d been in jail and that he had been — I can’t remember the word — but that he’d been falsely put in jail in some way.'

At the seeming suggestion of the interviewer, he added, 'Right, extorted.'

Allen said: 'He told us he was trying to make up for it now by being philanthropic and giving money to cutting-edge scientists and universities. He couldn't have been nicer.'

The controversial couple have faced scrutiny over their relationship with the deceased Epstein

Allen and Previn were seen leaving Epstein's house on multiple occasions during the December 2010 visit of former Prince Andrew, who was accused of having sex three times with Epstein victim Virginia Giuffre when she was 17. He has denied any wrongdoing.

Pictures unearthed by the Daily Mail from the DOJ files show Allen and Epstein's developing from there, including one of them walking together in what appears to be Paris.

Other photos show Allen at Epstein's house in New York or emerging from the front door of the $70 million home with his hood up.

In one photo Allen is sitting in a director's chair apparently on the set of a movie, with Epstein standing next to him looking at what he is doing.

Other images show Epstein and Allen talking with women sitting next to them whose faces are redacted – likely because they are Epstein's victims.
