The former Loose Women star put on a very leggy display in the look which she teamed with a silky black top, fishnets and ankle boots.
Penny then wrapped up in a faux fur coat as she supported her husband before watching him rock out on stage.
The benefit concert also featured Lady Gaga, Billie Eilish, Alanis Morrissette, Olivia Rodrigo, Pink and Joni Mitchell.
During a 2016 appearance on Loose Women Penny said that her and Rod’s sons couldn’t quite believe they got to go to Buckingham Palace to see their father being honoured as she recalled the special moment.
She said: ‘The boys were hanging onto him for dear life afterwards. They were so proud.’
Fearful that they might be late to the occasion, Penny revealed the family checked into a hotel nearby the night before, to make sure they were punctual as they live two hours out of London
She said: ‘Rod was singing, ‘I’m getting knighted in the morning,’ on our way there.
‘I read a book to Aiden about Paddington Bear going to see the Queen the night before, so when we got there, he was so excited.’

While Rod wore a military style jacket and tartan trousers, complete with quirky shoes for the occasion, Penny said her boys like to dress up too.
‘They loved wearing their suits,’ she told the panel. ‘They love dressing up like their fathers.’
Penny also said that while she couldn’t hear what Prince William was saying when he knighted Rod, her husband filled her in afterwards.
‘William said to him, “My brother and I think it’s so well-deserved to get this honour,” she revealed.
Adding: ‘Later on, we saw the Queen who was at the Royal Academy Of Arts and she congratulated Rod.’
Rod’s on stage appearance comes after Penny hit out at Gregg Wallace again amid a probe into the Celebrity MasterChef host’s alleged sexual misconduct.
In November, the Maggie May hitmaker issued a furious rant at Wallace calling him a ‘tubby, bald-headed, ill-mannered bully’ for ‘humiliating’ his wife when she appeared on Celebrity MasterChef in 2021.
Lancaster later confessed that she had no clue her husband would be speaking out about the row and admitted it gave her the courage to open up.
Speaking at the time, she explained: ‘It is that bravery of “Maybe I am the only one? Maybe I won’t be taken seriously?” Then suddenly you have the backing and support of other people and you feel like you are going to be listened to.’
Sir Rod later slipped into a eye-catching zebra print blazer and matching shirt for his set
He also swapped his Knighthood for a pendant in honour of his beloved Celtics Football team
The hitmaker oozed confidence as he entrained the huge crowd with a string of his most famous hits
During the show he cosied up to fellow star Samuel L. Jackson
Sir Rod also grabbed a snap with fellow performer Olivia Rodrigo
Now, emboldened in her claims, Lancaster has hit out again, dubbing Wallace a ‘bad apple’ with a ‘bad core’.
Asked if her experience had put her off doing any more reality TV, Lancaster told MailOnline: ‘Not at all. The majority of the time, there are a lot of safeguarding put in place.
‘I have the most incredible time on Loose Women – I always do, and I feel very supported, and on Strictly Come Dancing, I had a fantastic time there.
‘Sometimes it’s just a bad apple, and that bad core needs to be removed.’
MailOnline has contacted Wallace’s representatives for comment.
Fans of the show will remember Lancaster leaving Celebrity MasterChef in tears in 2021 after Wallace told her off with the ‘serious’ delay of her food and then refused to eat it.

After she was eliminated from the show, she shared a cryptic post on Instagram hinting at ‘a person’s behaviour’.
She wrote on Instagram at the time: ‘When you finally learn that a person’s behaviour has more to do with their own struggle than it ever did with you, you learn grace.’
Following Wallace’s departure from the show, Stewart issued a furious rant, saying: ‘So Greg [sic] Wallace gets fired from Master Chef.’
‘Good riddance Wallace… You humiliated my wife when she was on the show, but you had that bit cut out didn’t you?’
‘You’re a tubby, bald-headed, ill-mannered bully. Karma got ya. Sir Rod Stewart.’
