The former Little Mix star, 31, who will be celebrating her birthday on Boxing Day, shared a bizarre video to Instagram on Sunday.
The star was dressed as a centaur and was covered in turquoise body paint with purple eye make-up.
The Angle of My Dreams star added a semi sheer sequined body suit and fake horse legs to her look.
Jade posed in glittery hoove-inspired heels and added a voluminous black wig styled in to a ponytail and added red lipstick to her look.
In the clip which she shared to her 10million followers, the songstress danced around to her new single It Girl which she teased in her caption.

In one video, Jade, dressed as a horse, was brought a birthday cake topped with candles by her boyfriend Jordan Stephens.
The Rizzle Kicks star was dressed in an Arsenal football top and brought over the towering cake as a crowd of guests sang happy birthday to the popstar.
Jade beamed before she blew out the candles and her boyfriend asked her if she had made a wish.
In another photo, Jade posed with her hand on her hip, pouting at the crowd before dancing away, twerking in her horse costume as the guests laughed and joined in.
Guests included Radio 1 DJ Clara Amfo who wished Jade a happy birthday by posting a loved-up video of the singer and Jordan blowing out her candles.

Jade’s birthday party comes a month after she revealed new X-rated merch to celebrate her latest song – leaving fans baffled and delighted in equal measure.
The former Little Mix Star, who released her fourth single Fantasy in October, shared a snap of some of the goodies on offer in her new merchandise collection which is launching on December 6.
While the usual T-shirts, hoodies and mugs are available, it was a raunchy bundle called the ‘Jade X Fantasy Howl Box’ that has raised eyebrows.
Available for pre-order at £75, the adult set includes four items: a sleeping eye mask, a thong that appears to be made from sweets, a butt plug on a keychain and a silicon-based lubricant.
Promoting the eclectic mix of merch, Jade tweeted: ‘Whatever floats your boat I’ve got it for you babe’.
Her cheeky tweet has been seen more than 1.7million times and has elicited varying reactions.
‘BUTTPLUGS???’ one shocked fan replied, as another agreed: ‘Not the butt plug.’
But other fans praised Jade and said: ‘I AM CRYING JADE KNOWS HER AUDIENCE.’
