On Friday, the model, 30, shared an adorable photo to Instagram of her tenderly stroking the face of her newborn daughter.
The infant is seen sleeping peacefully while snuggly wrapped in a blanket as her mother gently doted on her.
Simone also shared a picture of some flowers that had been sent to her in the delivery room and thanked her fans in the caption.

Earlier this week, Simone announced on her Instagram page that she had given birth, by sharing some adorable photos of her newborn.
She revealed that baby Gia arrived on Easter Sunday.
‘On Sunday March 31st we welcomed our healthy, baby girl Gia Holtznagel Castano into the world,’ she wrote in the caption.
‘We are totally and completely in love with her and enjoying these special moments as a family of three.’

She also shared a photo of proud dad Jono looking lovingly at his baby girl.
The happy news comes after Simone’s absence from social media over the Easter weekend sparked speculation that she had already given birth.
Personal trainer Jono, 33, also dropped a huge hint that they had already welcomed their daughter – who was due in March – to the world.
On Easter Sunday, he posted a seemingly innocent selfie to Instagram, but closer inspection revealed he may have been visiting The Royal Hospital for Women.
Simone announced that she and boyfriend Jono were expecting their first child together in October and later confirmed they were having a baby girl.
