Heavily pregnant Sarah Abo has shared a heartwarming glimpse into life with her growing baby bump as she counts down the weeks until she welcomes her first child.

The presenter disclosed she had developed high blood pressure and had spent time in and out of hospital under medical supervision.

'Copped a bit of a curveball last week with high blood pressure and have been in and out of hospital since,' she told followers.

'Thankfully I'm in the safe hands of magnificent doctors, nurses and midwives taking incredibly good care of bub and me. We are both well.'

Doctors have since ordered the TV star to remain on bed rest while the remainder of her pregnancy is closely monitored.
