Sandler Marriage Under Scrutiny After Premiere Incident

But fans finally came for 'the Sandman' for an 'embarrassing' decision to support his spouse of more than two decades at her glitzy red carpet event in on Tuesday night.

The 59-year-old comedian chose a comfort-first look while posing alongside his glamorous wife, Jackie, 51, at the premiere of the  movie, Office Romance, in which she stars alongside .

The couple, who wed in 2003, looked like they were attending two completely different functions, with Sandler wearing a bright orange Knicks hoodie and blue joggers, prompting fans to complain that he 'couldn’t be bothered to change out of his sweats.'

Meanwhile, his better half arrived at the event dressed to the nines in a shimmering black mini dress and heels.

The contrasting looks became the talk of social media. An insider has now revealed to the Daily Mail how Jackie actually feels about her husband's laid-back style - and their union as a whole. 

A source said: 'Adam and Jackie have been together for decades, and while there was a time when Jackie wasn’t always thrilled with Adam’s outfit choices, she’s long since grown used to them and fully accepts his laid-back style. 

'At the end of the day, he shows up for her in all the ways that truly matter. He’s there for their children, he’s loving, genuine, and consistently supportive - and that’s the man she fell in love with and married.'
