Safiyya Vorajee confirmed she has undergone breast reduction and augmentation surgery in a bid to give her chest a ‘better profile.’

The ex-partner of former TV personality Ashley Cain flew to Turkey for a reduction after enjoying a sunshine break in Majorca, during which she updated social media followers with a series of pre-op bikini snaps.

Taking to Instagram on Thursday, Safiyya, 36, admitted she was recovering well after going under the knife at Clinic Center in Turkish capital Istanbul.

Speaking from her hospital bed, she told followers: ‘Please excuse how puffy I am, I’ve literally been sleeping for hours.

‘But it’s OK: the more I sleep, the quicker I recover. But, so many have messaged me in my DMs to ask me what I’ve actually had done.

‘I had breast augmentation. I had a reduction and then an implant put in. I wanted more profile at the top of my chest.

‘I lost quite a lot of volume after I had Azaylia, so I just wanted to bring the volume back up again.

‘[The surgeon’s] put them in, gone in under the muscle as well, just to give me that profile that I want, and I’m really happy.

‘I had a look in the mirror and I’m over the moon, but I’m just super sleepy. I want to update you on more but the surgery is really, really good and my room is really good as well. So, yeah. I’m all good.’

The influencer dated reality TV personality Ashley from 2017 to 2022, but the couple were devastated when daughter Azalyia was diagnosed with with acute myeloid leukemia at eight-weeks-old and had tumours on her lungs, stomach and kidneys.

She was given several rounds of chemotherapy and a bone marrow transplant at Birmingham Children’s Hospital but sadly died on April 24, 2021, when she was just eight-months-old, following a courageous battle.

Safiyya later claimed Ashley dumped her in a ‘quick and brutal’ way – before asking her for another child.

Ashley has since embarked on a new relationship and welcomed son Aliyas Diamond Cain with his partner – whose name has not been disclosed –  in January.

The former Ex On The Beach star revealed he went to his daughter’s grave to personally give her the news that she was going to be a big sister.

He told The Sun: ‘After going to her resting place and speaking to her about it, I just had a feeling in my heart and in my soul that she was happy for me.

‘She was happy that she had a little brother and it is now just someone else for her to watch over and protect in this world.’

He continued: ‘In the back of my head I didn’t really know how to deal or cope with it if it was a little girl. It could have been fine but it could have been heartbreaking all over again and I wasn’t sure.’

Safiyya said both she and Ashley struggled with their grief and he later moved out of their home in Nuneaton, Warwickshire.

The couple  raised more than £1.5million to fund Azaylia’s specialist treatment before her death and later put any unspent money into The Azaylia Foundation.

The charity aims to support families and provide memorable experiences for children fighting cancer.

‘I have now ran from the very bottom of England to the very top of Scotland. Then jumped on my bike and cycled from the top of Scotland, crossing the Scottish border yesterday back to the top of England. All in just 38 days.

‘I now have five more days before reaching the very bottom of England before I jump in the kayak to make the whole journey again battling the elemental forces of the sea.

‘Without pain, without sacrifice, we would have nothing. We must embrace pain and burn it as fuel for our journey.’

His Ultraman challenge began on April 24, marking the third anniversary of Azaylia’s death, and he hopes his feat will create a legacy for his daughter and raise money for childhood cancer research.
