Robbie Williams embarrassed by mistake during Melbourne concert

Robbie Williams made an embarrassing gaffe during his Melbourne concert at AAMI Park on Wednesday evening.

The popstar, 49, was in the middle of singing his hit song Rock DJ when he asked the roaring audience: ‘Sydney, do you rock harder than Melbourne?’

The crowd awkwardly stayed silent as Williams realised what he had said and quickly corrected himself.

‘Melbourne, do you rock harder than Sydney?’ he then screamed to the packed audience.

His question elicited a roaring ‘yes’ from the crowd as Williams resumed belting out his signature tune to his fans.

Williams has been performing his XXV world tour to packed crowds across Australia, in celebration of his 25 years as a solo artist.

It comes after Williams got treated to an eyeful while performing on the Gold Coast on Saturday night when two sisters flashed their breasts at him as he sang to 13,000 fans.

And now siblings Carlie and Brooke Mills have broken their silence about the saucy act.

‘He said the 90s concerts were a lot different. So I got up on my sister’s shoulders, he came over and pointed and I flashed him,’ Carlie told the Courier Mail.

‘So I gave some 90s vibes back to him. I also yelled out “Let Me Entertain You”. He gave me a look like “you can do better than that” so I lifted the bra up, shimmied – full flash.’

The superstar was seen with a cheeky grin on his face after the incident and openly thanked the sisters for the show.

‘I’d like to give my own round of applause to the two lovely ladies that had their breasts out this evening,’ Williams told the crowd.

Williams rose to fame in the early 90s as a member of the popular English boyband Take That.

He left the group in 1995 to forge his solo career and rejoined them from 2010 – 2014, before again leaving to focus on his solo career.
