The blonde beauty and her husband Oliver Mellor, 43, welcomed their ‘miracle’ son George in April after a challenging five-year journey which involved eight rounds of IVF costing £150,000.
And Rhian has never been happier and has been embracing her post-partum body.
The model recently opened up about how she feels ‘happier now than ever’ and shared an empowering post on Instagram earlier this week.
Tagging her position in Ascot, Berkshire, she penned: ‘Hot Mama, It’s good to be back!’.
‘I feel stronger and happier now than I ever have in my life.
‘I may have a few stretch marks on the feeders and my back hurts, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.
‘My postpartum body is beautiful, strong and its fulfilled my dreams with somewhat of a miracle.’
TV personality has been candid about how her new body looks and revealed that she now struggles to get underwear to fit her after her breasts ballooned in size.

The star revealed she has gone from an E-cup to a G-cup and struggles to find underwear and bikinis to fit her new bust
She said that the biggest change to her figure had been the size of her breasts, saying they had become so big they were ‘on another planet’.
Rhian admitted that when she is done having children and stops breastfeeding, she would be getting an uplift and even possibly a breast reduction.
She said: ‘My boobs are on another planet now – they’re huge. My nipples have gone massive. I’ve gone from an E to a G-cup and I think they’ll get bigger.
‘I can’t find a bra or bikini to fit. It depends if I’m fortunate to have another baby, but my boobs will definitely need some attention.
‘When all the milk has gone, they’re just going to deflate so I’ll have an uplift and possibly go smaller.’
Adding to her confidence, Rhian explained that Oliver thinks she’s never looked sexier than she does with a baby bump.
She joked that her pregnancy has caused the couple to get inventive with their sex positions due to her not being allowed on her back.
Rhian said that while they were ‘still very active in the bedroom’, their sex life is ‘a bit weird’ as Oliver doesn’t like the thought of the baby watching from inside her tummy.

The candid confessions come after Rhian and Oliver who had nearly given up hope of starting a family, shared their emotional journey to parenthood in an interview with The Sun.
Rhian revealed how the pair faced numerous hurdles, including a miscarriage scare at six weeks and a dramatic birth that required George to receive emergency oxygen, but despite that, his arrival has ‘taken all the years of pain away’.
The former Page 3 model discovered she was pregnant last August and announced her news three months later in a heartfelt post.
Cradling her blossoming bump she captioned the picture: ‘We have the most exciting news to share. Good things come to those who wait.’
Rhian shared stories of her IVF journey on her Instagram, where she admitted the process ‘changes you as a person’.
The model who struggled with a low egg count and went through eight rounds of IVF said: ‘The day the doctors put the last two eggs in, I had my legs up in the air on the table, crying and thinking, ‘What’s the point? I said if it didn’t work, I would just give up.’
She documented the whole thing and in one montage of clips showcased the pile of medication needles she needed which left her stomach badly bruised, plus all the collection of pregnancy tests she took when she found out about her ‘miracle baby.’
Despite her happy news, just six weeks later, the blonde beauty endured a scare and started bleeding.
She and her husband were in Manchester airport at the time which Oliver recalled as being ‘the saddest, most glum flight, thinking we had lost our baby.’
Fortunately, George survived and was born healthy at 8lb 7oz after a planned C-section.
However, it wasn’t all plain sailing and the little tot had turned blue and needed help with his breathing.
Reflecting on the traumatic birth Rhian explained how she didn’t feel that ‘initial rush’ because they never had skin-to-skin contact.
Since giving birth, the blonde beauty said she has a newfound appreciation for her body particularly as she breastfeeds George, describing the experience as ‘incredible’.
She said: ‘It’s crazy that I’m feeding my own child from my body — nature is amazing. I feel like I love my body more than ever.’
