The singer, 28, has shared her photo album from her trip, where she was the star performer at the 60th edition of the world renowned festival in Switzerland.
One snap shows the star relaxing on the shore of Lake Geneva, looking incredible in a skimpy red bikini.
She also wore an equally tiny striped bikini for a dip in the lake with a group of pals, beaming at the camera as she posed on the steps.
Alongside photos from her rehearsals and performance, Raye included a clip of herself showing off dance moves backstage as she told fans: 'The last slide is an accurate depiction of my brain cells this week in my beautiful Montreux. So grateful to be a musician.'
She ended the post with a sweet message for fans, writing: 'What a dream. I'm not giving up yet, and I hope that you won't give up on your dreams either. Lots of love, Raye.'

It was another triumphant performance for Raye, who marked her third consecutive appearance at the jazz festival.
The singer, who has Swiss heritage, brought out producer and DJ Mark Ronson as well as Alicia Keys in the one-night-only show she created exclusively for the festival.

The Brit Award-winning star hailed Montreux as 'one of the greatest, if not the greatest, festival in the world', as she played on Saturday.
Raye has been more cautious about what she chooses to share on social media in recent months.
Back in April she revealed she had given up Instagram for a Bible app after she credited her faith for getting her through her darkest moments battling drugs and alcohol.
The singer has been open in the past about her drug and alcohol misuse while she was at Polydor Records.

Reflecting on the influence her Christian faith had on her recovery in an interview with The Times, she explained: 'I'm terrified of people picking me apart and eating me alive.'
'At the end of the day not everyone's going to love it but I know somebody out there will. I think since I've come offline, it's been much better, ignorance is bliss.'

'If someone said I look awful in a dress, it'd make me sad, if I don't know someone said I look awful in a dress … so I'm really [big] on being offline.'
She went on to clarify that while she is very private online, in real life, she always wants to leave a good impression and will always say hello to fans.
Raye said: 'It's taken me so long to get here, I'd be terrified to jeopardise all of that by giving someone a bad impression of me,' she says. 'So I'll always say hello.'
