The 45-year-old - who famously dated Kim Kardashian - says he has been wearing the device for the past two weeks so doctors can closely track his heart condition.

But during a concert in Shreveport, Louisiana, the One Wish crooner says the monitor was snatched off his chest when he jumped into the crowd while performing his 2005 hit One Wish.

Speaking to TMZ, Ray J insisted the device contains critical health data his medical team urgently needs - and he is now offering cash for its safe return.

He stressed the situation is ‘no joke,’ claiming he was wearing the monitor during what doctors described as a particularly ‘critical’ period.
