R&B singer and reality star Ray J claims a Valentine's Day performance took a frightening turn when a fan allegedly ripped a medical heart monitor straight off his chest mid-show.

But during a concert in Shreveport, , the One Wish crooner says the monitor was snatched off his chest when he jumped into the crowd while performing his 2005 hit One Wish.
Speaking to TMZ, Ray J insisted the device contains critical health data his medical team urgently needs - and he is now offering cash for its safe return.
He stressed the situation is ‘no joke,’ claiming he was wearing the monitor during what doctors described as a particularly ‘critical’ period.
The alarming incident comes just weeks after Ray J told fans that he , alleging his heart is operating at only 25 percent capacity following a recent hospitalization.
