The wellness influencer, 37, recently relocated from to the with her husband Michael Miziner, and children Violet, 12, and Dominic, 8, to care for her sick mother.
Taking to Instagram on Tuesday, Rachael posted a clip that showed her and Michael vying for the best spot on bunk beds in her mother's spare room.
The clip showed the couple standing in front of the beds with both Rachael and Michael admitting they preferred the bottom bunk.
They decided to settle the argument with a game of Rock, Paper, Scissors, and Rachael emerged victorious, defeating Michael's paper with scissors.
Clearly chuffed with her win, Rachael threw her hands triumphantly into the air as Michael walked away, defeated.

Captioning the humorous clip, Rachael revealed that she had an unfair advantage in the contest.
'He always goes paper. Ded. Had the best sleep!' Rachael wrote. 'How do you make decisions in your house?'
The post was met with a flurry of comments and laugh emojis from Rachael's followers.
'OMG. That is how we make all major decisions in our household. Love it,' one fan wrote.
Another jumped in with: 'Don't think I've ever seen anyone fight for the bottom bunk before.'

It comes after Rachael revealed, last month, that she had moved from Sydney to the Gold Coast to care for her sick mother.
Rachael's mother, Colleen Zablocki, has been suffering from several health problems in recent years, including being diagnosed with a 'life-threatening illness' and torn ligaments that have affected her mobility.
She took to Instagram to share a series of photos that showed her, Michael and their children packing up their Sydney home, saying it was a difficult decision for the family to make.
