She's known for encouraging her young children to maintain a strict exercise and diet regimen.

And Rachael Finch, 37, has shared a glimpse at the grueling exercises her daughter Violet, 12, and son Dominic, nine, performed while training at a martial arts school this week.

Posting to Instagram on Tuesday, the former Miss Universe runner-up uploaded a short clip of Violet doing a wall-sit while Dominic executed an impressive box jump.

'Let's go, Dom,' Rachael cheered as Dominic launched himself onto a tall crash-pad, before jumping down and grabbing his water bottle.

Captioning the clip, Rachael simply wrote: 'We work', alongside a flame emoji.

Rachael often shares footage of her children and husband Michael Miziner exercising together as well as documenting the family's ultra-healthy diet - a habit that has rubbed some followers the wrong way.

In 2024, Rachael was forced to hit out after she was branded an 'almond mum' online.

At the time, trolls had wildly accused Rachael of 'endangering' her kids after sharing a video of herself making them 'naked burgers' using lettuce cups instead of bread rolls.

'Almond mum' is a pejorative term for a mother who pushes disordered and unhealthy eating habits on her children.

It is often used to refer to parents who are 'obsessed' with nutrition.

A fired-up Rachael was quick to hit back at the baseless accusation, which she deemed to be 'hilarious'.

'This was because I made naked burgers for dinner (meat patty and veggies wrapped in a lettuce cup),' she wrote on Instagram.

'Whilst it's downright nasty, it's also absurdly hilarious. I've become a pro at emotionally responding to these comments now,' Rachael continued.

'I’ve had a giggle with a lot of you on what type of mum you would be if you were labelled by a food,' she added.

Rachael even made light of the 'almond mum' brand last week, sharing a video to Instagram of herself smiling and showing off her newly-dyed hairdo, alongside the caption: 'Just an almond Mum enjoying herself'.

Months later, Rachael made headlines when she filmed herself encouraging Violet to try an ice bath - something experts warn against.

Posting to Instagram Stories, the mother-of-two shared a clip of Violet gingerly hopping around ankle deep in the water, squealing as Rachael giggled while filming the ordeal.

Children are not advised to engage in cryotherapy because they cannot regulate their body temperatures as well as adults.

If children are allowed to use ice baths, it is advised that the water is no colder than 10C, they are supervised at all times and are limited to five minutes in the water.
