The situation involving The Blind Side star Quinton Aaron and Margarita - a woman claiming to be his 'spiritual wife' while he was hospitalized with a spinal stroke - continues to intensify, with jarring allegations coming from both sides.

Amid his recovery from the serious medical incident, Quinton has been adamant that he wants nothing to do with Margarita, a source close to the New York City-born actor, 41, told Daily Mail Wednesday.
'Quinton was asked, now that he's awake, aware, interacting and recovering, by multiple people - some of which included hospital staff - if he wanted to see' Margarita, the source said. 'He said, "Absolutely not; I don't want to see her, I don't want her in here."'
Aaron, who played Michael Oher opposite Sandra Bullock in her Oscar-winning turn in the 2009 sports drama, is dead set against any sort of contact with Margarita, the source told Daily Mail.
'He has no intention or interest in seeing or speaking to her whatsoever,' the source said.

Once Quinton 'learned all the details' about Margarita he felt like he was misled by her, the source said.

The source told the Daily Mail that Quinton feels Margarita deceived him about everything from her marital status - as his family claims she is wed to another man - to her vocational skills.
Margarita presented a significantly different narrative while speaking to Daily Mail, saying the information provided by the family source about her legal status, as well as his health, was not accurate.

'What I'm hearing is that his family has been lying him telling him that I left him and I didn't,' Margarita said.
Margarita said 'the whole thing about this is, they don't want me to speak my truth.'
She said that the family has been exaggerating the extent of Quinton's recovery from the late January stroke.
'What I'm hearing is he's still on the ventilator,' Margarita said. 'What I'm hearing is he's still on a lot of heavy sedated medication - all he can do is nod and thumbs up.'
She continued, 'From what I'm hearing, he's not all there still ... it's impossible because the doctor told me even the first two days of me being there, "He's going to be here for a while."'

Margarita predicted the situation would only intensify further when Quinton is removed from his ventilator and 'finds out everything' about what has happened amid his illness.

'He knows me from my past - but he doesn't know that all of this was done,' Margarita told Daily Mail. 'Had he known all this was going on, this would've been shut down a long time ago.'
Margarita said she was putting her faith in God that the situation would correct itself in time.

'I trust and believe in God... Quinton always told me, 'Rather than fight with my family, I'll sit back and just grab the popcorn, let the show go on because God will vindicate both of us,' she said.
Margarita told Daily Mail that 'nothing was hidden from' Quinton about her personal life.
'Quinton knew a lot of my past, she said. 'If Quinton knew my past, he knew everything in my past and what we were working on towards our future.
'So you would think that he knows everything. If I've explained it to him from the beginning to the end, we had no secrets.'
Further complicating the situation is an ongoing probe into 'suspicious activity' surrounding the actor's downturn in health.

A Cobb County Police Department Public Information Officer told Daily Mail earlier this month that the incident had been reviewed and forwarded to a detective for further probing.

Police said they spoke with Quinton's brother Jarred Aaron, 38, on January 31 in connection with their investigation, according to a police report previously reviewed by Daily Mail.
Margarita said Quinton's 'brother Jarred is jealous ... because Quinton found somebody that loved him' and is looking to muscle her 'out of the picture.'
Margarita had harsh words for Quinton's relatives, saying that 'only sick people tear down somebody in a hospital and not try to build them up.'
Margarita claimed she could turn up the temperature at any time, but wouldn't due to her religious beliefs.
'I could put out so much from his family, but I won't because that's not who I am,' Margarita told Daily Mail. 'I can leak all their dirty little secrets, but that's not who I am because of God, and that's something that me and Quinton cherish because we are both Christians.'
