Jaimee 'Mayo' Blazquez, , shared a heartbreaking statement to social media on Thursday.
Alongside a gallery of photos which captured Mayo enjoying some happier times with her former colleagues Kyle Sandilands, 54, and Jackie 'O' Henderson, 51, she wrote some sad words.
'I don't really know what to post or what to say. I'm absolutely gutted about what's happened,' Mayo began.
'I had always dreamt of working on this show, so having had the opportunity to produce for Kyle & Jackie O for the past 9 years has been an absolute privilege.
'We weren't just a show but we were a family, so to see it end like this is heartbreaking.'

Mayo added that she would like to remember the good times she shared with Kyle and Jackie O, rather than focusing on its sad ending.
'While everyone likes to give their two cents about what's happened, let's just remember the legacy KJ have left and how many people they've inspired,' she wrote.
'Thought I'd post some photos from our trip to France when some of the team crashed Kyle's honeymoon.
'These are some of the memories I'll hold forever. Thanks KJ for everything, hope to work with you guys again in the future!'
It comes after a former radio producer made a sobering prediction about the future of and in the wake of their shock breakfast show collapse.

ARN announced on Tuesday that Henderson's $100 million contract had been terminated after she told executives she 'cannot continue to work with Mr Kyle Sandilands' following his harsh comments on air that left her in tears.
Sandilands has also been suspended and given 14 days to remedy the breach, otherwise facing termination, while Henderson has been offered the possibility of hosting an alternative show on the network.
Christian Hull, who was previously a national digital producer for Southern Cross Austereo, weighed in on the drama on Wednesday, claiming the pair's professional and personal relationship, is unlikely to recover.

ARN provided written notice to Sandilands stating that it considers his behaviour during the show on February 20 'an act of serious misconduct which is in breach of ARN's services agreement with Quasar Media'.
The KIIS breakfast show was taken off-air immediately, with 'interim arrangements made for the show'.
ARN has offered Henderson the possibility of an alternative show on the network.
Henderson had been AWOL from the show since Friday, 20 February, after Sandilands accused her of being unfocused at work.
