Strictly Come Dancing winner Ore Oduba's candid admission that he struggled with an addiction to pornography for more than 30 years seems to have had a lasting impact on his ex-wife, Portia Jett.

The former Come Dancing winner, 40, opened up about his 'life destroying' porn addiction to Paul Brunson on his podcast We Need To Talk late last year.

And after he and Portia's nine-year marriage collapsed in 2024, the former TV researcher says she'll never walk down the aisle again, admitting the idea of it has been 'ruined' for her.

'I have a different view of marriage and the advice I would give my children,' said Portia, who has two young kids with the TV presenter.

She added: 'The divorce process is one of the hardest and most stressful thing I have ever been through. I would never put myself through that again.'

Portia is now going out with Joshua Saxon Birch, a British-German businessman, 37, who works in data management.

In an emotional interview, the TV presenter this week described the moment he realised that he'd hit rock bottom.

Speaking on the Hurt to Healing podcast on Tuesday, Ore said: 'I was pushing a lot of red buttons in my life that I knew were not working. I had to change the way that I was living, and I had to change the people that were in my life, because for me if it carried on that way, it was going to be lights out.

'I knew that the person that I was becoming, it was either, save myself or carry on for the betterment of others and... it's a very sensitive topic, but I'm talking about suicidal ideation.

'I was thinking I can't carry on like this. So, I knew I had to save myself, I had to save my life.
