Steve Guttenberg is divorcing wife Emily Smith after six years of marriage.
The Police Academy star, 66, filed for divorce from Emily on Friday, April 4, according to court documents obtained by TMZ.
The actor cited ‘irreconcilable differences’ as the reason behind their split, however he did not list a date of their separation.
Instead of a specific date, he wrote ‘TBD’, for ‘to be determined’ in that section of the documents.
