Kendra Wilkinson shared an update on her weight after lashing out at cruel trolls who criticized her body.
The former Playboy star, 39, revealed she ‘lost a few pounds already’ and has been focusing on feeling good and not putting too much pressure on herself.
Kendra posted a photo of herself at the gym in a mirror selfie, rocking a black sports bra and matching leggings.
The mother of two also shared a video of herself showcasing her figure.
Her candid post comes after she took to her Instagram on Sunday to speak out about getting older and gaining weight.
The former reality television personality will turn 40 on June 12.Â

‘Lost a few lbs already and have only had one champagne since the start of my venture. The key for me is to not be so hard on myself, simply feel good and to not burn out feeling pressure to look a certain way,’ Kendra wrote.
‘I am happy the way I am but just need to stay positive and mindful. Stay focused on selling homes and being a basketball mama. I do feel like having a glass of wine tonight though… so I will enjoy one,’ she added.
On Sunday, the former Playboy pinup — who last year admitted to being ‘mentally off’ while filming her real estate show — also shared a selfie of herself, along with an update.
The mother-of-two, who shares 15-year-old son Hank Jr. and 10-year-old daughter Alijah with ex-husband Hank Baskett, 42, told fans she feels good and is ‘mentally healthy.’
She wrote in a thoughtful caption, ‘Yes, I’ve gained weight. Yes, I’m aging. Yes, I’m not that girl I was before (playboy girl) but for once in a long time I feel good and mentally healthy.’
And the proud mom gushed, ‘Kids are my everything. Feeling pretty balanced. Working out and cooking a lot more. Golf, work. No housekeeper or nanny.’
The note went on, ‘For those of you hating on my new weight, 40 yr old face please know that I’m happy, healthy and at peace in life finally.Â
‘Leave me alone and respect that I’m where I actually want to be finally all together.’Â

Getting ahead of the critics, she said, ‘Almost 40 is feeling amazing and yes, to the people criticizing my alcohol intake…I hear you and that will be monitored better.’
She admitted, ‘Drinking too much is definitely drinking too much but you know what’s coming up in JUNE…. Shots. Love ya.’
At the beginning of the month Kendra shared another check-in with her audience.
Along with a carousel of images, she wrote: ‘This week has been about letting go and appreciating life. Setting some realistic goals.Â
‘Resetting my mind, body and soul. I appreciate my kids and friends so much and so grateful for my job an
d all the good people around me. Will be watching my alcohol intake these next months and look forward to turning 40 in June.’

Then she added lightheartedly, ‘Maybe meet the love of my life lol.’
Kendra was famously one of Hugh Hefner’s girlfriends in the early 2000s and starred on an E! series about their life at the Playboy mansion, called The Girls Next Door.
She was married to her former football star beau Hank from 2009-2018.
Wilkinson is now working in real estate and starred on a Discovery+ series about the job called Kendra Sells Hollywood from 2021-2023.
She told People in November: ‘I feel a little regret filming my last show because I wasn’t really ready.
‘I was a little off mentally and I wasn’t prepared to be on a camera just yet. I wasn’t fully healed or there yet. Now I feel there,’ she explained.
