The 47-year-old media personality - who is back in 2004 - jumped to his main Instagram page on Saturday to give the update to his nearly 1 million followers.
While he did not share what caused him to go to the hospital, the star expressed he is now home and will open up about the health incident 'soon.'
Hilton shared a series of selfies while resting in a hospital bed and also donned a blue-patterned hospital gown.
One image showed the blogger with an oxygen mask over his face while others captured his mother visiting him.
He sat in a chair next to the hospital bed while both he and his mom flashed a small smile towards the camera.
