During the night, the celebrity chef spoke to guests ahead of a special preview of his new Netflix reality show.
Being Gordon Ramsay, which will drop on the streaming platform on Wednesday, follows his lead-up to opening his biggest restaurant ventures to date, the opening of five culinary experiences in one of London’s tallest buildings, 22 Bishopsgate.
The TV star will also open the doors to his home over a six month window, where he balances challenges as a husband and father to six children.
It comes days after Gordon accused his son-in-law Adam's parents of 'self-propelling' negative stories ahead of their son's wedding after being labelled a 'bully' who pushed them too far.'
The celebrity chef watched eldest daughter Holly exchange vows with Olympic swimmer Adam in a lavish ceremony at Grade I listed Bath Abbey on December 27.

But the ceremony, which was attended by Ramsay's close friends David and Victoria Beckham, was overshadowed by an acrimonious family row that resulted in Peaty's own mother Caroline being ordered to stay away.

Gordon was subsequently labelled a bully by members of the Peaty family for claiming the fallout - the roots of which appear to lie in Caroline failing to get an invite for Holly's Soho Farmhouse hen-do - was 'self-inflicted.'
Responding to the claim, the chef, who walked his daughter down the aisle at Bath Abbey, told The Sun: 'I am certainly not a bully, and it is so appalling to even suggest there was any bullying,” he sighs.
'That’s absolute nonsense. It was sad to see that barrage of negativity that was self-propelled by them.

'But Adam is an incredible young lad and he and Holly are a wonderful, happy, young couple.'
Ramsay previously told the Daily Mail that he and his wife Tana had 'done nothing wrong' and despite reports suggesting otherwise had treated the Peaty family 'like royalty' during the build up to their son's wedding.
But one relative claimed the Ramsay's denial was a pack of lies and said the TV chef had now 'pushed the family too far'.
They said: 'How bl***y dare they. The sheer gall of them'.
'The Ramsays did not treat Caroline like royalty at all – they treated her as though she was nothing. They ignored her existence and not once did Mrs Ramsay return any of Caroline's texts.'

They told The Sun: 'The get together lunch they promised on the day of the engagement never materialised either.'
The Daily Mail have contacted Gordon Ramsay's representatives for comment.
Adam and Holly have returned home to the UK from their luxury honeymoon where they first jetted off on £6,000-a-night trip to Mauritius, which was gifted to the couple by her famous parents, before heading to Australia and Singapore.
They tied the knot at Bath Abbey in December amid a bitter feud which saw his mother Caroline disinvited and sister Bethany the only relative in attendance.

Days earlier, Gordon accused his son-in-law Adam's parents of 'self-propelling' negative stories ahead of their son's wedding after being labelled a 'bully' who pushed them too far
Taking to his Stories Adam shared a loved-up snap of the newlyweds as he rocked a white vest and shades while sitting in a restaurant.
Meanwhile a beaming Holly teased a glimpse of her jaw-dropping figure in a crotchet cover up which she wore over a bright pink bikini.
The couple later tucked into a lavishly decorated dessert, complete with an edible photo of them on their wedding day.

Last week, Holly showed off her toned abs in a yellow bikini as she shared stunning beach snaps to social media.
Showing off her sun-kissed skin and glowing features, Holly looked happier than ever on her trip.
The Daily Mail revealed earlier this month that Holly and Adam jetted off to the One&Only Le Saint Géran - one of the island's most prestigious five-star hotel and spa complexes.
The couple belatedly flew from London to Mauritius after delaying their 10-day escape while three-time Olympic gold medallist Adam took part in a swimming competition in Romania.
Shortly after arriving, the couple were seen hurrying down to the white sand beach, where Adam posed for selfies with locals.

One onlooker told the Daily Mail: 'They looked very loved-up and relaxed. Adam was happy to stop and chat and seemed in great spirits.'
Le Saint Géran, set on an idyllic private peninsula, offers suites that can soar in price to more than £6,000 a night.
The property, among the first luxury resorts built on the island in 1975, has attracted a glittering guest list over the years, including Nelson Mandela, George and Amal Clooney, Rihanna and the Prince and Princess of Wales.
Guests can even arrive by helicopter, landing on a pad just steps from the beach, while a chauffeur-driven luxury car service is also available.
Private villas on the palm tree dotted estate have reportedly sold for as much as $13.6million (£10.1million).

The couple's no-expense-spared jaunt has been covered by Holly's father, Gordon, himself a repeat visitor to Le Saint Géran with wife, Tana.
Holly revealed to British Vogue that her parents had paid for the trip to Mauritius as a 'wedding present', in what could be viewed as a thinly-veiled jibe at her husband's absent parents.
She said: 'We're going to Mauritius to just lie by the sea - that was our wedding present from my parents. I had to tell Adam we weren't basing our honeymoon around a 25-metre pool…'
Prior to taking off from the UK, Holly shared a snap of her hand luggage showing off a Christian Dior handbag along with a pair of flippers and a snorkel.

She wrote: 'The most chic hand luggage, thanks to my husband.'
