While appearing on Wednesday's episode of the Therapuss podcast, the Marvel star was asked by host Jake Shane if he gets Botox to achieve his wrinkle-free look.
'No. Look at my face,' Rudd responded after making dramatic facial expressions to prove his face isn't frozen by injectables.
Shane then pointed out that Rudd has not aged a day since bursting onto the Hollywood scene in the mid-1990s, but the actor disagreed.

'I do [age],' he said. 'You're kind for saying that, but I really do.'

The Clueless alum also shared similar statements in other instances and insisted that he does age.
'I'm 80 years old on the inside,' he joked during a panel at the C2E2 Comic Con in Chicago in 2019.
At the time, he pointed at his heart and quipped: 'In here, pure darkness, and a little moisturizer.'
He also previously shared one specific beauty product he always uses for skin health.
'I am a big believer in sunscreen,' he told InStyle in 2015. 'I'm not one for tanning. I used to be, back when I was rocking the Depeche Mode look.'
He added: 'Honestly, I wear sunscreen not to prevent wrinkles but because I don't want to get skin cancer.'
As for his physique, the Hollywood vet told Variety in 2015 that he 'basically didn't eat anything for a year' in preparation to play Ant-Man.
About his diet, he also once told Men's Health that he consumes eggs daily and tries to incorporate salmon into most of his meals.

He told the outlet that he likes his protein shakes simple, just blending protein powder and water.
'I've learned so much about how my body reacts to foods, how it reacts to exercise, and where I'm happiest and how much it affects me mentally,' he told the outlet.
In 2019, he opened up about the beginning of his health journey and told AARP: 'I started training and eating like an athlete: no sugar, no alcohol, just proteins and vegetables.'
He continued: 'I really loved it. It was a complete change of life that took me by surprise. I did not think living such a healthy lifestyle would be as fulfilling.'
