Paul McCartney Shines at Star-Studded Documentary Screening

was supported by a sea of famous pals at a special screening for his new Prime Video documentary Man on the Run held at the Ham Yard Hotel in London on Wednesday night.

The project documents 83-year-old Paul's extraordinary life following the breakup of The .

Sharon - whose husband Ozzy sadly died last year - was there to support the star alongside the likes of , Gracie Abrams, and Cruz Beckham as well as Paul's daughter Stella.

Sharon, 73, looked in good spirits and cut a chic figure in an all-black ensemble as she posed with a smart Paul who put his arm around her.

Mescal, 30, and his singer girlfriend Gracie, 26, made a rare public appearance together at the event, with Gracie looking casually chic in a long black coat. Mescal will play McCartney in the upcoming The Beatles film.

Cruz, 20, was joined at the special screening by his girlfriend Jackie Apostel, 30, - just days after his huge early 21st birthday celebrations.

The Traitors winner Stephen Libby was also there with his partner Daniel Quirke.

Paul Weller and Noel Gallagher also arrived to support their friend Paul as they all posed for a snap together.

Twiggy and her husband Leigh Lawson were also in attendance as well as Richard Osman and his wife Ingrid Oliver.

It comes after just last month , n, Joseph Quinn and Harris Dickinson gave  fans a tantalising first glimpse at their upcoming four-part anthology in the first images of themselves in character. 

The actors are currently working with director Sir Sam Mendes on four ambitious new films about the pioneering group's emergence from Liverpool's vibrant club scene to become the most influential band on the planet. 

While controversy has raged about the principal cast's suitability - Mescal will play , with Dickinson starring as the late , Quinn as and Keoghan as - first images of them in character suggest the films are in safe hands. 

The Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts (LIPA) - co-founded by McCartney in 1996 - has shared postcards of the actors on set, giving fans an opportunity to judge for themselves.  

A first image captures Mescal as a young McCartney, the unmistakable brick walls of Liverpool's legendary Cavern Club visible as he gazes quizzically off-camera. 

The band made a name for themselves as the underground club's resident band in the early 1960s, and it was here that the late Brian Epstein was encouraged to become their manager after watching them live for the first time, a decision that would change their lives forever.
