The paramedic was unlucky in love last year, striking up failed romances with co-stars Jacques O’Neill and Adam Collard.
Yet she seems to have found love in Formz, real name Josh Foreman, who is famed for his football-themed raps and TikTok content.
The pair first sparked romance rumours in over the summer last year when eagle-eyed fans spotted them posting from the same locations during a trip to Barcelona.
Once they had made things official, a source told MailOnline that Formz asked Paige to be his girlfriend over a swanky dinner at The Shard.
The pair have kept their romance low-key but have enjoyed outings with friends – recently attending an Eastbourne Borough F.C. match alongside Paige’s co-star Danica Taylor.
Formz, 24, also featured Paige in one of his TikTok videos from Spain, and while he kept her off camera her voice could be heard in the background of his clip at a Tottenham Hotspur vs Barcelona match.

MailOnline has contacted Paige and Formz’s representatives for comment.
Paige split from Adam in October after she accused him of cheating when he was filmed flirting with other girls on nights out.
Speaking about the breakdown of their relationship, she said on on an Instagram Q&A: ‘I am not going to bash him by any means because I think he had a really hard time when our breakup came out anyway so I’m not going to add to that because I don’t think it’s fair.
‘Obviously everyone was aware of all the videos and pictures that were coming out of like him and his arms around girls in night clubs and whatever on his PAs.
‘I was willing to like put them behind me and like move on because at the end of the day it is just like an arm around. You can get over that.
‘But then I was getting sent like more videos of him on nights out that didn’t go viral and they really were shady. They were shady and I just wasn’t comfortable in it and that’s not a relationship that I want to be in’.
She continued: ‘I want to be like 100% certain that my guy is only about me and doesn’t want to be you know accessible to anybody else. So wasn’t something we could agree on.
‘He went to Bali and it just broke down from there. I just texted him like this is dumb, this isn’t working. We’re not even talking whilst we’re on holiday. It’s clear that something has shifted between us. So yeah, let’s just call it a day.
‘And there was no fight for it. It was just obvious that’s the way the relationship was headed.’
Earlier last year, Paige sparked rumours she had rekindled her romance with Jacques as she reflected on their time in the villa.
Speaking on the Not My Bagg podcast, Paige joked: ‘Honestly, when I watch the [Love Island] edits – cause they’re always of me and Jacques – I’m falling back in love, and I’m like “oh my God, he’s my Prince Charming!”

‘I just don’t think you can be just mates with somebody that you have that for. You actually can’t. With him, it’ll always be that thing of like “what could it have been?”, but we’ll just never know now. We chat, obviously we chat. We do chat.’
Speaking about whether they’d been on dates, she added: ‘Not a date as such. I have seen him, but no, it wasn’t a date. It wasn’t a date, it wasn’t a date! – cut.’
