She recently revealed she’s been struggling with Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction (SPD).

Yet Oti Mabuse put on a brave face as she enjoyed a night out with husband Marius Iepure on Wednesday night.

The former Strictly pro, 33, has been battling SPD – stiffness of the pelvic joints – while she awaits the birth of her first child but put on a brave face as she attended the House of Flamenka gala night at Peacock Theatre.

She looked radiant in a chic black dress that clung to her baby bump and skimmed over a pair of heeled boots.

The presenter layered up with a blazer and accessorised with a small cross body bag.

By her side was Marius, 40, a Romanian dancer who worked on the German version of Strictly, Let’s Dance.

The couple’s outing comes as they eagerly count down the days to welcoming their  first child.

Yet Oti’s pregnancy hasn’t been easy as she revealed her SPD left ‘frustrated’ she hasn’t been able to workout as often as she was used to and has been battle intense pain at night.

The NHS states SPD or Pregnancy related Girdle Pain (PGP) is a collection of uncomfortable symptoms caused by a stiffness of your pelvic joints or the joints moving unevenly at either the back or front of your pelvis.

The former Strictly star took to Instagram earlier this month to share a video of herself doing a series of exercises.

Oti wrote: ‘Working out with SPD. I completely fell off the bandwagon with my fitness and I immediately could feel it when I went back.

‘My core strength was not what it was, my balance was off and my ability hold certain positions was gone.

‘The pain started really slow but at night while sleeping would intensify (I’m not wearing a belt yet but as weeks go on I definitely will).’

She continued: ‘Aside from physiotherapy exercises, I still try continue to stay active in any way that is not painful. My level of activity depends on how severe my SPD is that day.

‘It can be very frustrating if you used to exercise regularly and have to stop. Walking, sitting, driving all become a bit painful.

‘But we push on and grand ourselves some GRACE! Taking it slow and breathing through everything – Change is good, it might be difficult but it’s all for a good reason.

‘I know I’m not alone dealing SPD – how are you dealing or dealt with it?’
