Come Dancing winner Ore Oduba's estranged wife, Portia, has often expressed despair about the changes the couple's separation has brought.

And now the former television researcher's misery has been compounded as the family home is being put on the market – leaving the pair's two young children utterly devastated.

Portia and Ore moved to a new-build house in Tunbridge Wells, Kent, with their son, Roman, eight, and daughter, Genie, four, in 2022.

'I told the children that we are selling the house,' Portia, 36, admits online. 'It's hard, especially for Roman, to have these conversations. He's really upset.

'I wanted to let the kids know, I tried to explain why. It's gutting, and I've known for a while.' She and children's presenter Ore, 40, married in 2015, having met while students at Loughborough University.

Now she's looking for work. 'One minute, I was scrubbing a toilet [at home], the next I was in a top and jeans, doing a job interview,' she says. 'Change unsettles me. Not knowing what's next is quite a lot, whether that be the house, the job . . . I'm just at a bit of a crossroads with life.'

Last year, Portia admitted she had turned to alcohol as a coping strategy during a difficult period. And in the autumn, she declared: 'Sometimes, I feel like I can't do this any more – I am done.'

Ore, meanwhile, has been reinventing himself. Last year, he posted a photo of himself wearing swimming trunks with the LGBTQ symbol in front and the word 'Pride' emblazoned in rainbow letters on the back. He has also addressed his pornography addiction.

Billionaire John Caudwell, 73, has been given a new lease of life by girlfriend Modesta Vzesniauskaite, a Lithuanian cyclist 30-odd years his junior.

And he is not the only one experiencing new sensations at Broughton Hall, his £12million Jacobean mansion in Staffordshire, with rumours of ghostly goings on at the stately pile.

'I haven't had any apparitions, but others claim to have felt strange things: a bed vibrating or a slight caress when going up the stairs,' whispers the Phones4U founder, highlighting the property's spiritual history. 'There are many stories.'

She is one of Cara's 16 godparents. When she asked property developer Charles Delevingne and his wife Pandora why they had chosen so many, they said: 'Well, in case any of them die!'

Traitors not so tidy for fan Ruth Jones

Decorated with nude photos, the £230,000 instrument's slogan is 'Keith Moon Patent British Exploding Drummer', as he would often set alight drum shells packed with gunpowder on stage.
