star Renee Gracie has listed her lavish mansion on the market, just a few years after buying the sprawling estate following a remarkable career turnaround that saw her earn $1 million in just six months.

The 32-year-old motorsport star, who returned to racing after finding financial success through an adult content career, is selling the renovated acreage property with a price guide of $2.9 million.

The listing has now been updated with an urgent message from Avenue Property Gold Coast agent Nathan Simon, declaring: 'Sellers Committed Elsewhere — SUBMIT ALL OFFERS!'

Gracie purchased the 4,061sqm property for $1.33million in early 2021 after stepping away from professional racing when a lack of sponsorship funding brought her motorsport career to a halt in 2017.

She has extensively renovated the four-bedroom, two-bathroom Kingsholme estate over the past year, while splitting her time between building her dream property and caring for her pet goats and chickens.

The successful buyer will even inherit 10 laying hens, according to the listing.

Marketed as 'the ultimate entertainer', the home boasts a resort-style alfresco area complete with a swimming pool featuring waterproof speakers, a custom-built ice trough, a crazy-paved cabana, a high-end outdoor kitchen, a hanging daybed and an infrared sauna.

But arguably the property's standout feature is a dream garage housed inside a powered 12m x 8m shed with epoxy flooring.

The impressive space is home to Gracie's custom blue-and-yellow Ford Mustang GT, a $170,000 Dodge Ram 1500 and her prized collection of motorbikes.

During a 2024 video tour of the property, Gracie reflected on how dramatically her life had changed since leaving the male-dominated world of professional motorsport.

'When I stopped racing I was extremely broke. I wasn't turning the lights on in my apartment, I was showering at my gym,' she said.

'I went from not being able to order anything, having to take loans out … to making a million dollars in just over six months and buying my multimillion-dollar mansion.'

Gracie has previously spoken candidly about the discrimination she experienced during her racing career before facing further criticism after launching a controversial online profile rather than relying on the traditional motorsport establishment.

The move ultimately gave her the financial backing to return to the track behind the wheel of a Ferrari 296 GT3.

'Bit of an awkward conversation to have with your dad,' she says in the doco, recalling the time she told her dad about her newfound passion.

Meanwhile, her dad added: 'I'm pretty easy. She's on OnlyFans, she's a porn star. That's how I describe her.

'Then people are so shocked, they're too scared to ask any more questions.'

Gracie said she isn't bothered by what others think of her OnlyFans path, but wishes people knew how her family and close friends feel.

'Obviously, it's something that I see a lot online where everyone's like, "Oh, your parents must be proud," or "You're fatherless" and all this sort of stuff when they have no idea of the relationship,' she told Daily Mail.

'I laugh and giggle because I'm like, "If only you knew". But now they get the chance to actually find out and watch it on the documentary.'
