Blink-182 are reportedly about to sign contracts to be the headliners for next year’s Reading and Leeds Festival.
The popular music festival will take place from August 22 to August 26, 2024 at Richfield Avenue in Reading.
It has been reported that the pop-punk trio will make £1million to headline over the weekend.
Adding credence to the reports is the fact that the All The Small Things hitmakers are on their world tour next year, but have a gap during the Reading Festival dates.
The band have a gig in Toronto on August 15 and then a long break until August 26, where they will be performing in Belfast, conveniently close to Reading.

Speaking to The Sun, a source said: ‘Blink-182 is a huge get for Reading and Leeds, given the band’s recent surge in popularity.
‘They are planning to do a two-hour set and it will really put the festival on the map, with fans set to travel from all over the globe.’
It comes after Blink-182 released their ninth studio album, One More Time, last month.
The album is the first to feature the best-known lineup of the band since 2011’s Neighborhoods.
Guitarist and singer Tom DeLonge reunited with his bandmates Travis Barker and Mark Hoppus after leaving the band in 2015 to focus on solo projects and investigating conspiracy theories about aliens.
However, the trio came together again in the wake of Mark’s cancer diagnosis in June 2021.
The bassist and vocalist announced nearly two years ago that he is now cancer-free after undergoing chemotherapy.
Speaking about their reunion, Tom said he wasn’t sure if he would ever tour again, but after he learned that Mark had cancer, playing with his old band was ‘the only thing I wanted to do.’

Looking back on Mark’s diagnosis, Tom said that ‘nothing matters’ compared to his friends’ health and their relationship.
Travis said that the title song investigated why it took the group’s dual tragedies to help them ‘get back together.’
He said: ‘I always knew that the brotherhood wouldn’t ever deteriorate or wouldn’t ever not be there.
‘I really feel like Blink is us three, and as soon as we accept that and don’t settle for anything less than that, I just think that’s the future.’
Tom insisted that the reunion wasn’t about money, but about helping the group move on from their tragedies and strengthen their bond.
