Olivia Munn flashed her left mastectomy scar while joined by husband, John Mulaney, at the 2024 InStyle Image Maker Awards in Bel Air, California on Thursday.
The Predator actress, 44 – who recently showed off her double mastectomy scars in a powerful SKIMS ad – cozied up to the comedian, 42, as they stopped by the event together.
In March, Munn revealed she had been diagnosed with ‘aggressive’ luminal B breast cancer last year and has since underwent five surgeries, including a double mastectomy and hysterectomy.
The mother-of-two stunned in a black, silk gown that flowed down towards the ground and contained thin straps that wrapped around her shoulders.
Olivia’s long, dark brunette locks were parted in the middle, and cascaded down past her shoulders in light waves.

The star opted for minimal accessories, and added a pair of flashy gold earrings as well as a gold necklace and matching bracelet on her left wrist.
Munn’s makeup was classically done for the evening, and comprised of a layer of mascara to her lashes as well as a light blush to her cheekbones for a radiant glow.
For a finishing touch to the overall look, the Attack Of The Show! alum added a nude-colored tint to her lips.
Olivia was joined by John Mulaney – whom she tied the knot with earlier this year in July – and the couple sweetly posed for an assortment of photos together.
At one point, the actress showed off one of her mastectomy scars as she fell into a side embrace with the comedic actor.
John – who wore a dark gray suit for the night – was also seen sharing a loving kiss with Olivia amid the photo session.
Munn was honored with the Woman of Impact Award due to her ‘advocacy’ for women’s health following her breast cancer diagnosis, per InStyle.
During the event, Mulaney notably took to the stage to give a surprise tribute to his wife and in regards to her breast cancer journey, he stated, ‘We learned a lot from it.’

‘We learned she would need five surgeries. We learned there was a risk of lymphedema. We learned that if we had not caught it when we caught it, things could have been a lot worse.’
He added, ‘I also learned it’s not pronounced ‘masectomy,’ it’s pronounced ‘mastectomy.’ It has a T in it. It shouldn’t. It should be ‘masectomy.’ It’s ironic that the word itself has a part that should be removed, I think.’
‘About a year later, Olivia shared her story. Her cancer journey,’ John explained to the crowd in attendance.
He then revealed, ‘According to the National Cancer Institute, in the week after Olivia shared the story of her breast cancer journey, there was a 4,000 percent increase in women visiting the breast cancer risk assessment.’
‘That was the first week. Olivia saving lives by speaking her truth is not surprising to me.’
Towards the end of his speech, John recalled a moment after Olivia’s third surgery last year in September and how she had lost a lot of blood during the one prior.
He admitted ‘were both a little nervous’ but added, ‘She said to me, “I just read this book about Jackie O. Jackie O. never got over her husband being killed.”‘
‘I said, “No, I get it, it was a big deal.” She said, “She always regretted that she didn’t move past it.” She said, ‘I’m scared, but I’m taking all of this and I’m not going to let it hang over our lives. I’m moving past it….”‘

Mulaney then sweetly gushed, ‘I thought how lucky our kids are to have you as their mother, how lucky I am to have you as my partner in life.’
Following his tribute, Olivia was seen stepping onto the stage as she accepted the award and addressed the audience.
It comes shortly after Munn starred in the latest SKIMS ad during Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
In some of the campaign images, the actress wore no top as she posed with a scar visible on her left breast.
The star opened up about her health ordeal in video taken for the campaign, saying: ‘Someone said this phrase to me, and it meant a lot and it really touched me. When it comes to breast cancer, welcome to the worst club with the best members.’
‘My name is Olivia Munn and I’m a breast cancer survivor. When I look at the scars or how my breasts look different or how clothes fit on me differently, I just feel a lot of gratitude. The way my body looks is just a representation of how hard I’ve fought.’
Olivia shared snaps from the campaign to her own ad, writing: ‘KINTSUGI 金継ぎ. In the middle of this latest @SKIMS bra campaign shoot, I decided I was done being insecure about my mastectomy scars.’
‘Every mark life has left behind on my body is proof of how hard I fought. I hope other women who have been self-conscious about their scars see these photos and feel all the love I’m sending.’
‘It’s really meaningful to be part of an initiative that supports research and helps countless individuals impacted by breast cancer.’

‘From October 23, 2024 to October 31, 2024, SKIMS will donate to Susan G. Komen® 10% of the retail sales price for each bra sold in SKIMS stores and on Skims.com, excluding bralettes (U.S. Only) #ad.’
In an interview with Today, Olivia revealed that the campaign initially wasn’t supposed to be about her scars – until she chose to embrace them.
‘When Skims approached me to do this campaign, it was just to do their shapewear and their new leggings, and it wasn’t about my scar at all,’ she said.
But while shooting the campaign, Olivia struggled to conceal the scars once she changed into an outfit where they became more visible.
‘But were in the middle of the shoot and we changed into an outfit that could see more of my scars so the makeup artist was touching up my scars and then we got to the double mastectomy scars and they were just really hard to cover up,’ she said.
Olivia and her husband John Mulaney recently became parents of two – the couple welcomed their second child together, a daughter Méi June Mulaney who was born via surrogate last month and also share son Malcom, two
‘Then I was looking in the mirror, and I just thought, “I’m done being insecure about my scars,”‘ she recalled. ‘So I went to the team of Skims and I said, “What do you guys think about showing my scars in this campaign?”
‘And they were so amazing and thoughtful and wonderful. And we talked it out and then we decided to do it.’
