The presenter, 34, returned to screens on Tuesday night with The Heat - a new reality cooking format for digital channel ITV2.
It sees ten chefs travel to Barcelona, working under multi Michelin Star award-winning chef Jean-Christophe Novelli.
Under Olivia's watchful eye, the group compete against each other to become the next rising culinary star.
However, following its first episode, insiders have said how bosses struggled to entice diners inside the pop-up restaurant and that only alcohol-free Prosecco was served to arriving guests.
They told The Sun: 'The diners waited for nearly two hours for their main courses while shouting and screaming could be heard from the kitchen.

'They didn't even have any alcohol to keep them going – just some warm non-alcoholic Prosecco.'
The fiery show has already lived up to its name, with trailers showing how the restaurant was evacuated mid competition amid a small, contained fire.
While it was quickly brought under control, it is claimed The Heat's filming schedule was disrupted as a result.
The show source added how the starters were 'lukewarm' and the traditional Spanish omelette on the menu was served without its 'staple' ingredient, potatoes.
It was said to have left Jean-Christophe furious with the head chef he had placed in charge of the kitchen, and ordered him to 'leave the premises' while refusing to shake his hand.

Olivia had pulled out all the stops with her outfit as she celebrated the show's launch during a bash on Tuesday.
Dressed in a red floral minidress and pointed heels, Olivia showed off her long legs as she posed up a storm for the camera.
She styled her blonde hair in soft waves and accessorised with a red Chanel handbag.

The Love Island star, split from the footballer in January after three years together, with sources claiming at the time the marriage ended after he 'breached her trust'.
Despite her busy schedule, the star recently revealed she had to 'grit her teeth' in order to get through the working day after ending her three year marriage.
Responding to social media followers during a recent Q&A, she said: 'I have worked too hard for too long to let my professional life suffer.
'Been a lot of slapping myself round the face and gritting my teeth.'
